Yes they are they are still in the CAA until July 1st they can't represent the CAA in national tournaments they can't be on All-CAA teams. But until July 1st they are in the CAA
James Madison recently switched conferences to the Sun Belt along with Southern Miss, Marshall, and Old Dominion. You should definitely do a new video showing the changes since conference realignment!
Current student at UMaine. Can confirm this is 100% true. The student section at the last football game was barely paying attention, and at hockey games the same student section hangs a mannequin dressed as a ref from the rafters.
@@usefulpineapple4538 I live in Boston. When Maine plays BU/BC/Northeastern, at least a quarter of the crowd is Maine fans. All the alumni in the area comes out to the games
I was getting worried as there hadn't been updates for a bit. Seriously love the content and happy to watch vids for leagues/sports I couldn't give a toss about as the presentation and wit makes them all enjoyable. Fact, while working from home, I'll put your vids on in the background cause I know i'll like whatever's showing when I have a chance to look up.
Had season tickets at Delaware for years. For a program with a long and rich history like Delaware, Delaware Stadium is pretty much a dump despite the recent upgrades. I really don't miss going anymore.
I think Elon has been named the most beautiful campus in America multiple times. I've been there, and it is very nice, though I would've liked to have gone in the Fall
As a student at the University of New Hampshire twenty years ago, the football stadium was a pretty sad affair. If you wanted anything to eat, you had to go to the food trucks parked outside one of the end zones. Now if they can only renovate the visitor side stands, they’ll have a great New England style football stadium.
I went to JMU and I was curious to see if you'd include them in your CAA video. They recently moved to Sunbelt along with a few other teams from other conferences. Also fun fact the stadium has had a history of flooding due to it being located in a valley and next to Newman Lake. Oh and btw you should check out their brand new basketball arena at some point. Purple seats galore 👍.
You should do Irelands GAA stadiums. We have 32 counties amongst the four provinces but some counties have 2 stadiums. GAA means “Gaelic Athletic Association” and governs our national sports of Hurling & Football (Gaelic Football).
Thanks for showing the CAA stadiums. William and Mary's is my favorite particularly since we got lights for night games. The Tribe is not a cult name but a concession to native Americans which is fine for me! (they used to be called the Indians)
Love these videos! You should check out the MIAI conference, it’s a division 2 (small colleges) football stadiums located in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. Some really beautiful small stadiums.
I went to UNH and was so sad the track remained. Could've removed it, brought the seating much closer to the field, renovate the other side (and the entire basketball arena for f's sake), add some permanent seating behind the endzone opposite the video board and make a stunning venue
Townson is alright unless it’s cold and theirs wind as it’s a half bowl and with the states it’s in we tent to get some cold wind, but other than that it’s a good stadium for those who want college football locally.
1. It makes sense that Villanova's basketball arena would be more impressive than their football stadium. In basketball they've won national championships, while in football they play at the FCS level. 2. William & Mary Tribe used to be called the Indians, but changed their name to be less Native American specific back in 1978. 3. It makes sense for JMU to have the most impressive stadium in this conference, as they are about to level up the FBS and the Sunbelt Conference.
Stadium grass berms, especially in new stadiums look the way the do because they are prepared in a way so they can immediately add permanent seats should they ever decide to expand the stadium.
It likely will be. Give it time, you can see from above and on the field it is prepped for expansion. They just need the money for it. JMU is currently $123 million in the hole just in athletics alone. They need some time.
3 his his children went to Towson. They were shopping around for a corporate sponsor for the newly renovated stadium but choose to name the stadium after him when he passed away.
I have to say that, while Alfond Stadium is a humble, respectable stadium, it is a bit sad to have that be the stadium for the *entire state's flagship institution*.
JMU not part of CAA anymore
He already did the Sun Belt so it’s easier to include jmu here
@@grantmaiorana9741 ohh ok

I graduated from William & Mary. The campus is actually quite gorgeous - it feels ancient yet modern at the same time.
I went to Stony Brook actually so it was pretty cool to see this as someone who recently found this channel haha
#LongIslandStrong
Let's go Seawolves 🔴🐺🌊⚪

Beat me to it.
2025, all the realigning will be done.
That's a lot to ask.
The CAA also added two new football schools today, so this video is quickly out of date. Haha
Looks like Victory Lap Sports did one.
Wow, I never excepted the Towson Tigers to be here! I live right near it too! Keep up the good work!
0:27 it’s true Maine is known for being a hockey school. They had some really good teams in the 1990’s

These are so awesome. Can’t wait for D2 and D3 conferences 🙏🏽

URI did some renovations a few years ago adding turf and lights. They’re also eventually going to renovate the bleachers.

Living right next to stony Brook I’ve been waiting for this video for so long!!
The Unitas stadium berm is black mulch. They put other colors and stones or mulch in the black occasionally to add their logo or a big "TU" on it.
After asking for 3 months thank you!!

It's so ironic that today you will have to add Monmouth and Hampton to this video! I love it! thanks for sharing!!

I visited Elon's stadium last month and it looked very nice. Campus was pretty too.
Not even 2 days after the video gets put out and the CAA just added Hampton and Monmouth as members
Please make a video about all 2022 NASCAR Cup Series tracks
I've been waiting for some of your videos!
There is a press conference on Tuesday when the CAA will be adding schools.
H.B.C.U. Hampton University... Good Luck.
Ok now can you do the Southern Conference

JMU is not in the CAA as of the conclusion of this 2021 season. They’re now on the Sun Belt Conference in FBS.

That field house next to the Towson stadium looks like there’s a picture if Kermit the Frog on it. Hard to tell while watching in my iPhone SE.
Make a video on the NESCAC stadiums!
You should do the largest college hockey arenas in the US
Its crazy cause there is high school stadiums in texas that are bigger than all of these
I wish Hofstra still had its football team
Hampton University left the Big South and is now in the CAA.
Traveling for conference games looks so rough here, some are so far apart

So the oldest one belongs to a school whose name means “new house” (Villanova). That’s interesting.
Monmouth Hawks are joining CAA I believe.
Unfortunately
William and Mary tribe is the oldest stadium in America
When are you gonna do the pioneer league
Why would Towson's stadium be named after Unitas? He played for Louisville in college
