A History of the CSR Readymix Ferntree Gully Quarry in Ferntree Gully, Victoria. It closed in December 1995. This video was originally on VHS created by CSR Readymix, State Library of Victoria, Vic Image Melbourne, Knox Historical Society, Malvern City Council, Puffing Billy Railway and dedicated to all those who have served at the Ferntree Gully Quarry.
Laurie Garrett who worked for many years at the Quarry, passed away from health complications after being hit by a car while crossing the road in Tecoma in 2011.
