we should probably be favouring the oat milk really, given that it can be grown locally unlike the coconut and almond ones - luckily for me, oat is my favourite anyway

Wow your Co-op is really amazing! They've got a great selection of vegan stuff. Lots of wine, personal care items and the vego bar! The prices are so good as well. Ive got two co-ops near me,and they're pretty good but don't have nearly as much vegan stuff. I love shopping with you guys, it's fun🙂👌👍🌱❤

The alpro almond dark chocolate is my fave, sadly no where near me seems to stock it. I will be taking a trip to the co op to have a look though

Vegan port is all but impossible to find here, in that the vegan products from port producers are not typical and must be sought out at three or four different liquor stores(regular grocers won't have them). I love port, and have done without it[and Madeira and vermouth and fruit brandies] for years for this reason. Can you feel wistful for something you are experiencing vicariously from someone's shopping vlog? TFP!
Waitrose have a vegan Port, called No1 crusted, pricey but vintage £19.99

Jessica Walker - I agree. The Co-ops around here are rubbish! I do like one of the Gro sandwiches. Haven't had that in a while thinking about it, hmm.

I really hope someone from the Co-op might be reading this. (I was gonna leave a comm on a proper Co-op vid but it had sadly been hijacked by right-wingers who don't like black people in Christmas ads.) What I'm pissed off about is the monthly Co-op magazine routinely promoting veganism as the one and only lifestyle. Every interview and feature is about how brilliant veganism is. The percentage of vegan meals in the magazine is so totally disproportionate to the amount of vegans in the UK it's just ridiculous. If someone's vegan - cool - not a problem. But I don't want it rammed in my face every month by the Co-op magazine.

Yes, it is, we know very well. Bit pricey though, and as we discovered recently the 'shaving gel' is crap and doesn't even foam up. Hence the purchase here. :)

l have to limit myself on the nature's store spread, too bloody tasty! 😅😂. I haven't seen the dark chocolate almond alpro, so will get one next time thanks! l have a co-op right round the corner from me! They do the nicest potato onion rings & own brand vegan sausages. The jam/ custard donuts are vegan too! Also the mouth wash you picked up l use 😂. Helpful to know about care products/ washing etc. l've been using Eco ver from sainsbury's & it is a bit pricey! l buy when it is on offer but will try co-op next time 😃. xx
