Thanks for such a great knowledge full. video ... Everybody talks about sukhoi miraz mig 29 and now Rafael ..But no body talks about jaguar ur video increases it's impression
I really like your informative videos!! Even though I consider myself as a person who is aware of defense capabilities of India, that change has come in me only since 2013-14 and what Indian Defense was before that I knew only superficially. Thanks to you, I'm getting to learn about that now. Keep them coming bhai!! Jai Hind!!
Very nice and informative video. Advantage of Jaguar is low flying to avoid radar detection and low speed to accurately pinpoint and hit target. This aircraft flying from Mumbai can reach Karachi via Arabian sea and hit enemy and return. Similarly in mountainous terrain, this aircraft can surprise enemy by hiding itself in hilly areas. AESA radar is very useful and wise addition.
Those are some ancient radar tech that would allow Jaguar to go in undetected. The current AESA radar on a J10c or JF17 Blk 3 will detect a metal-bodied jet-like Jaguar from far & take it out in BVR.
Nothing less than a standing ovation for your presentation 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 love these Jaguars. An interview videos with pilots is much awaited since decades. A fantastic TV series will be the best interaction with civilians to let them know and join up.
Thanks alots bro... Loved every second of this video... You gave detail in every thing... Keep up the good work bro... Bro if you have any information on the 4 trubo engine helicopter ( 2 in front and back ) which US Military is going to make... Then please make a video on that...
You should have included the stories of Jaguar put up by Cybersurg in his channel. He has explained in detail, how Royal Air force refused to repair the faulty mechanism of Jaguar landing wheels and how HAL overcame it by itself. Very interesting story.
Very informative, thorough, and well explained, thanks.Another player in this venue is the EMB 314 super Tuscano ,a single engine piston plane which has gotten good reviews in close air support roles.
Great and informative video! It never let the attention lag despite its length. It would have been nice if you had also covered the issue with the Honeywell F-125IN re-enginning as also the Jaguar MAX/DARIN IV concept and its implications.
Honeywell engines are so expensive that HAL has abandoned the idea. I hope IAF retires these ASAP & look for aircrafts that are relevant in the modern context.

Yes, because of the stability of the aircraft, it is used for a lot of areal photo shooting and video recording. For the same reason it used to be reliable platform for ISR roles too.
Tq sir good explanation. Since a few top air forces are still using this very reliable bomber so thumb up to indian airforce for its upgrade and extending jaguar aircraft lifecycle. Since jaguar is a very reliable bomber why can't HAL pruduce a new Made in india similar aircraft with state of art technology. This will be a win win situation for the airforce and the country, the makers of jaguars definitely won't have any say since there's no new productionn of this aircraft.
A rugged steady low level flying precision bomber.... navy and airforce plus ground support and training... with new engine / thrust, it’s a miracle aircraft.
India should order 100 rafale b + 20 rafale m( for navy) and when TEDBF will be ready we should replace all navy fighter with TEDBF and give rafale m to airforce. This will eventually reduce procurement cost of (114+56) fighter which we want to procure. airforce and navy but will be able to complement the need. And as we are already buying 36 rafale it will help in future as we will have facility for spare parts.
