Thank you so much. I watched your videos on tiktok, and it was not as detailed as these videos. (If I only listened to you the first time) my hair came out so beautiful. This was my 3rd time doing it, and I'm finally satisfied. Not comfortable to sleep in, at all. Thank you so much
You just aged yourself when you mentioned fixing phone cables. 😂 Probably more than half of your viewers don’t know what you’re talking about, but I gotcha 😂
Just tried curl formers for the first time tonight. Took almost 2 hours to do. I had to get the hang of it and I also have a lot of hair. Sleeping with them in and hope it will look cute in the morning. 😊
In the morning make sure you take a few down to see if it’s fully dry, if it’s not dry do not take them down, try sitting under a hooded dryer or using a handheld one, which ever you have will work best of luck
@@AsAlwaysAleia They were dry but the curls were very loose. Even though I followed the hair length guide when I ordered them, I think I need to go down a size. I will order again and give it another try. My hair was also pretty straight when I did it so I will change that next time too. To be continued... Thank you for your reply and the videos. I enjoy them. 😊
Hey I’d love to see a photo of your results to get a better idea of what you mean by loose and sizing down. Do you mind DM’ing me on IG with a photo of your curls so I can give you better advice? instagram.com/AsAlwaysAleia/
Very good content an excellent, energetic, and detailed content creator. Please share best products with hold aside from mousse/foam to set your curlformers. Thanks.
Hey I use pumpkin seed oil to help separate my curls this will prevent frizz and flyaways. Yes, I used the RevAir before I started to style my hair to speed up drying time. 💛 hope this helps

@@tlee7363 I just use a large bonnet when sleeping. The material is a soft mesh so it’s not too bad to sleep in. I sat under the dryer for about 2 hours on warm heat high speed and my curls were dry
How long did it take you to put them in in total? (I know you said the yellow half took a bit longer but I'd be interested to know roughly the exact time)
When my hair gets caught, it’s normally because I’m trying to pull too much hair through the curlformer or I’m pulling out an awkward angle where it causes the hook to break.
Last thing, if your hair is snagging on the hook, it might be because all your hair isn’t fully in there try twisting tightly at the roots as well, but not too tight
I forgot about my curlformers! I bought them maybe 10 years ago and it’s time to dust off the box and try them again. Thanks for the video.
Do they hurt when leaning your head against your pillow?
Wow, I've had curl formers for 3yrs and never ued them. Thx for the reminder. You got skills. Hope i get similar results. To be continued 😮😮😮
You got this!💛🫶🏽
I run back to this video, I followed the steps and I just got them out they came out BOOM
Thank you❤️

Your hair turned out beautifully. How do you protect it at night to let it last a couple of days?
Very good content an excellent, energetic, and detailed content creator. Please share best products with hold aside from mousse/foam to set your curlformers. Thanks.
I recently bought some curl formers. I wish I would’ve known I could but more of the hooks. Let me add that to my Amazon cart lol
I know that’s right! Let me put y’all on, it’s never too late to buy extra hooks, it makes the hairstyle so much easier to do
That looked like a magic trick!!will definitely try
I got mine this week and love them.
YAY! That’s awesome ❤❤
How many curlformers do you use for a full head of hair? I wanna get them 💜
Your curls came out so pretty, how long does it last you and what do you do at night to maintain them?
Beautiful! Approximately how many curlformers did you use?
Probably between 30-40.
How do you maintain this style?
It's easy way but take time ☁️💗
prettyyyy!! did you start with washed and blow dried hair to where the foam was your only hair product? ❤ new subbbb
Great video, as always! :) What do you recommend to maintain the curls for medium length hair, especially at night? Thanks!
Hi, at night I refresh with an oil and use a large bonnet to protect my hair.
How do you sleep in it at night to preserve your curls after you’ve already taken them down and styled it?
I'm a new subscriber, one of your reels popped up for me.
Wow! Thanks for supporting me, it means a lot 🎉
@@AsAlwaysAleia you're 🙏
How would these hold up if I wrapped after curling like a headless roller wrap ?
Thanks for sharing can u used them on wet hair ?
Yes you can! It just takes longer to dry
What do you use the pumpkin seed oil for and do you blow dry your first before you curl

Where did you find the mousse? I ordered the curl formers. Ty.

Can this be done everyday without putting stress on your hair?
Hello lady, I saw you in IG, and I was wondering if these will work on locs??
Hey, great questions! I’m not sure, but it wouldn’t hurt to try :)
Are you starting on blow dried hair?
Yes I used the RevAir to blow dry my hair first
@@AsAlwaysAleiaDid you blow dry your hair on cool or hot temp?
Do you think it'll be better if it's a litte too long or too short. I don't know what size to get but you definitely make me want to try them.
I would buy them long just to be on the safe side. Click the curlformers link in my description and you’ll see all the different sizes 💛
How do you sleep on these curls? Also is it required to go under the dryer? Thanks!

Hi is your hair air dried or did you blow dry first ?

Hey it def depends on how much hair you have. It took me a little under an hour to complete my hair
@@AsAlwaysAleia Brilliant! Thanks for answering :)
Yes you get more length with dry hair
How many did you use ?
How long does this last?
1 week
Ima call these church curls 😂. I love it ❤.
Are there any drug store, Mouse brands that you can recommend?
My hair keeps getting caught. I don’t know what I am doing wrong.
Do you prefer i use a moose that makes your hair feel harder ?
I did only because I needed my curls to hold in the heat
What I need to know is how do you sleep. I love wearing my hair in curls, but I always wake up with flat curls. 😢
I just put a bonnet on, they are squishy so it’s not really uncomfortable to sleep in. Just make sure they are completely dry before taking them down
how come? you are not putting any effort to it. 🤔 mine hurts and still can’t do it. 🤣
It’s practice sis, practice and technique ❤ keep trying ❤❤
Have you try this on wet hair?
