I have watched a lot of your cooking videos specially the Filipino dishes and desserts. You really are a great cook I enjoy watching all of your videos hoping for more videos to come. This channel deserves more views and subscribers.
I've had oyakudon as a kid back in Okinawa. Now i just get those that came from a restaurant here in the Philippines but i haven't had one in years since.
Oyakodon looks good especially with the egg yolk! i think it can be popular for people who live alone since it is easy to make! Harusame Salad also look appetizing!🙂
Interesting, I learned something new today. Actually quite excited to try both dishes. On a side note, I certainly do enjoy both of your personalities. It adds that extra dimension to the vlog.
Oh so Oyakodon was easy to make, I'll definitely try that also your glass noodle salad reminds me of Japchae in Korean food. It is similar in procedure and sorts but this is easy to make since you only need cucumber ham and the sauces, will definitely try this as well. Thank you for the recipe
I'd like to try the Oyakodon and I am amazed that you can also make a salad out of Glass noodles! wow! I'll surely try that! Thanks for sharing your recipes!
Oyakodon, Gyudon, and Katsudon most common Japanese food I can find in the Philippines Japanese restaurants. Since you made a noodle salad... You can make Pancit Guisado.
Thank you for this recipe! Looks easy and delicious. Katsudon and gyudon are more popular here in the Philippines. If chicken, usually order it as teriyaki bec there were restaurants here before that made it popular (like Teriyaki Boy).
Hey Hiro, good stuff! I've always been curious on how to make an oyakodon, and right on time you just released this video. I think its time for me to try it myself. Thanks for the entertaining video and cheers!
Your Oyakodon is mouth watering. Later, I will have my dinner in a nearby Izakaya inspired restaurant here in our place and will have Oyakodon. Please show how to cook Katsudon and Omurice. As for Filipino cuisine, try bistek tagalog, a beef type cuisine and Tinola, a chicken soup type cuisine. Thank you for sharing your cooking to us. :)
Looks great and will definitely cook this, ive tried your karaage recipe and it came out great! Cant wait to see some katsudon and other pork dishes as well!
Thank you for sharing this fast and easy to prepare dish. Will try this someday. When we were kids in the Philippines, I love it when we have uncooked yolk over hot rice and never got salmonella poisoning. I don't know about now though.
My goodness, this is truly remarkable! Looks so good and doable for me; can’t wait to get the ingredients to make it. I think both are keeper recipes-I will save this video. Thank you!
I'm interested to try the glass noodle salad as it is easy to prepare. But I think I'll stir fry everything in pan 😄 I wonder how its taste compare with Korean Japchae.
Those glass noodles looks tasty.., reminds me of similar dish from Philippines called Pancit Bihon you should try it since ingredients are pretty simple... Also there's one soup dish where we use these type of noodles, its called Sotanghon, it's like a glass noodle version of Ramen... Very good comfort food during cold days...
@@HiroFoodinJapan Yes from Pepper lunch. This is my go to Japanese restaurant back in the Philippines. Now, Im living in Sydney and Pepper Lunch has a branch here but its so pricey 😅And soon I will be moving to a regional area so learning to cook it is the only way I can have a taste of it again by then 😃
I don't have all of the ingredients, but I want to try cooking onions and chicken in sweetened soy sauce like in this recipe. I don't usually cook with soy sauce in that way, and I'm excited to do this myself.
@@HiroFoodinJapan Just did a modified take on this. I didn't have mirin and sake and replaced chicken stock powder with chicken bouillon (I think you used a beef version in your beef kaldereta video). I had too much water, but the taste is something new and delicious! I wanna see how well I could do it the next time! Thanks for sharing your recipe!
I’m gonna try making this. My birthday is in a couple days and I am planning on taking my family out to a yakiniku and shabu shabu restaurant to celebrate. But if it’s okay, why are you two not showing your faces? You don’t have to answer if you want and it’s okay 👍
I see...Oyakodon only takes about 10 minutes to prepare and cook...definitely putting this on my playlist to cook next time...It looks so delicious and also the Harusame Salad...Great video as always... Btw, I cooked your okonomiyaki the other day[forgot to take a photo(ノ_

My brothers and some of my friends do love it (from Philippines). We order delivery from time to time during lockdown. When we first tried it we though it would taste like Karekare so we called it KareKare Ramen, but it turned out to be so different yet so good xD.
hi hiro i tried to make your potato salad and it was damn good but i changed the ham to spam i can't find it nearby so i use the spam but it was still good , keep up the goodwork!
