I am looking for a Shift details. when a person comes in the night shift and checks out in the morning the Duration of the employee works hours are not shown. could you kindly exlain on that

You need to do a port forwarding, this is just local windows software.

Please don't read the icon names only. Try to make a good and effective tutorial where you must take one full example and then explain how to add/ delete/ report/ rules setting for those employees. Bad Tutorial!
