I have configured biotime with default postgres database and it was working fine but later on I configured it with oracle 10g successfully but now the biotime is not working. showing internal server error on browser. Anybody have ideas whats wrong. thank you.

That is too much headache and software needed to run one software. You could have just polished the old one or made something better
