NIce vid. Not sure how old you are. I'm 73. I have a T100 and a Classic 350. I love both, but the T100 is getting a bit much for me to move around and manage at slow speeds. This little 350 is perfect. I don't need speed anymore. This gives me all I want. I found it used in gorgeous condition. Glad I did.

Interesting fellas, I’m 43 and I feel much the same. Not because other bikes weigh too much as such but it is simply more enjoyable to go through a gearbox and engine to allow/give the best performance whether that’s to simply to keep up with traffic or being a little more spirited. Basically working a bike. The 350 looks, engine and gearbox is perfection. I went with the bullet standard black colour. Narrowly edged the looks of the classic when I saw them side by side, for me. Classic is gorgeous too. Thanks for the chat about your bike Powys!
I totally agree with you, I love my Classic as well. I also bought a Meteor 350 as well. Both are different, but the J series motor sold me. Great fun!! Love the black.
Hello happy new year , like you in April last year got a 350 classic age 73 5ft 5in, find it a bit hard pushing but done slowly ok,the ride is just right,and like you did touring and the rac national rally on BMW is pd with 35 lt petrol tank.hope to do more riding this year and with a overnight stop some times.no plans to go on motorway , a and b roads that I have not been on before.very happy with the classic
The countryside winter colours are beautiful, and you have reached the happy state that many of us Winklies have reached, satisfied and content with a nice bike

I couldn’t get a test ride on one either , I have the halcyon green , I’m just running mine in , I’ve done just over 100 miles so I’m a bit behind you and speed restricted at the moment but enjoying it. I put one of those air filter in from Hiscox , make the bike sound even better, I’m 65 now so there is only one more bike I would consider and that’s the Honda nc750dct because it’s so easy to ride . But I’m quite happy keeping the 350 classic . I only go local to Wolverhampton at the moment but once run in I’ll start touring.
Hi, thanks for your comment, these bikes really do loosen up and feel somewhat better the more miles you put on them, I've put the uprated Cam on mine which improves the performance but not top speed. 👍
