I believe when the Lord said "I never knew you" it means its because of the continuation of the verse "you workers of iniquity." Taking the word "knew" applying Adam knew his wife or "a bridal relationship" that doesn't exist with the miracle healers is automatic as they are workers of iniquity although using the name of the Lord in their iniquity.
