- I Appeared to have some technical issues with my screen recording and unfortunately there is no sound on the drone part of the video my apologies!
Not sure if these 2 were police or pcsos but either way they were absolutely brilliant, can't praise them enough for their professional and friendly service.
Surely these PCSOs will get the punt after this! They weren't arrogant , they didn't assume stuff, didn't bully or intimidate...all this was EXACTLY what the public expect and deserve. So these cops are totally unsuitable according to the police. They want coppers who despise the public.

Thank you to the two PCSOs! They need to clone you two and disperse to some of the stations lacking good officers. Amazing how the two of you handled each other and handled the call. It's always great to see people able to use their reasoning and investigatory powers. Amazing video! I have to say the prison staff also handled themselves well. They fact that they don't know the laws and regulations of drones is not great but at least they left it to LEOs/PCSO and didn't get stupid like I've seen in other audits. Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦!

I wonder why so many people around prisons seem to get away with unauthorised parking at entrances, in cross-hatched areas and on double yellow lines? It’s ironic that a place with so many human restrictions can be so lax!

Hi A Y, This video and the encounter with the cops was a good example of wasting police resources although they did behave in an exemplary manner they had no proper cause to bother you at all!, it is not your responsibility to be so helpful!, they should know everything you told them already!, and only come near you if they had proper evidential cause!, all the should have done was wait at a sensible distance and observe you!.
That being said the best part of these videos is the encounter with real people out there in the real world!, the fact that they are meant to be acting as Pcso's they are still ordinary humans! and this sort of dialogue is by far the best way to help all of them learn to behave more sensibly.
The final part when he says that they will leave you alone if you just tell them who you are was a bit naughty but he was happy to take no for an answer. Good work all round! Well done.

@@gamewithgreg Hu cutekidsey, I am referring to the substance of PACE, legislation enacted a few years ago to clarify the duties, obligations, powers and responsibilities of serving police officers. Much of it a reaction to the pushback from the deeply unpopular 'suss' laws that had allowed officers to do pretty much what they liked with us, stop and search, street detentions, arrests anything they wanted with anyone at any time.
The text of the legislation is of course very detailed and complicated but there is the constant prescription of acting with reasonable belief, this can be tested in court and generally depends on the officer being in possession of some real evidence of the offence or probability of it, 'suspicion' and imagination do not qualify as evidence, even in circumstances where the officer is acting on the strength of assertions made by third parties they still must establish those claims to be reasonable, this means that they must test those claims to ensure they are not mendacious or vindictive.
I do hope this goes some way to satisfy your curiosity as I suggested the law is not all that simple and each case has always to be judged on its own merit, that is the foundation of our legal system.

All very good (so I've just subscribed), but you only need to divulge your operator ID if you are suspected of committing a crime, and you certainly don't need to give them your phone number!
Great audit, great PCSO's although they always try for getting your details don't they. Next step is to train them to ask for what is required and not try to take liberties thank you Auditing Yorkshire!

the mini 2 aND 3 drone is amazing because its 49gram and jsut under legal limit so flying over prisons and poilce staitons is allowed over certain requirements but youhave to fly above 400 feet or meteres i think then your doing it legALLY
you cant fly over a prison just around the perimeter

@@aarongorton1984 The drone isn't allowed above 400 feet! There is some debate as to whether the drone just needs to be above 164 feet though. However, the DJI software just won't let the drone enter the flight restriction zone at all. Other drone manufacturers are available...

'I walked over, did that, stood here, spoke to this person, ask this' - The desire to incriminate yourself is such a drug for some people. At the end of the day he is an Auditor people.

11:15 If it causes police attention, then it will likely be that the prison rang the police. And after AY had just said that he will stick the law and stay outside the geozone, the prison had no need to ring the police. The prison failed.

25:20 Technically, you only need the operator ID to be accessible without tools. So inside a battery compartment is fine. It doesn't have to be on the outside of it.
