One of my many hobbies is game development, so using that experience I was able to make this pretty quick (i only spent a few hours planning and around a day to get the game in the current state you saw it in)
I was planning to use scratch for it but there's no scratch VM that runs in a self contained window. That and I am used to GameMaker more than Scratch lol
related info: This version was cancelled in 2013. The cancelled 2013 build had mostly downgraded things. It also had multiplayer before it got cancelled. I am working to get the 2013.07.20 (cancelled) build, wish me luck! ny the way, it obviously wont be real. but it will be a game
It's actually funny you say it's 2013. The GameMaker project file was actually called "RecRoom2013", but I changed it to 2008 because I thought 2013 was too recent.
@@HeavenlyHostGaming I would love to but networking is one of GameMakers weaknesses sadly. It can do it but for the time and effort required to do it I would prefer to use another engine like Unity maybe.
