I think the pine cone contribution is part of E23s leaving gift as a thank you to her brilliant parents and to prove to them that she is now ready because of their great parenting to make it on her own. I am so proud of E23, so blessed by witnessing the beginning of her life and start of her independance. It will be a very sad day when this beautiful girl leaves for her life's journey, but she will leave me with a lifetime of beautiful memories of M15 & F23s first born Thank you LH from UK 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Aww that’s so cute! At first glance while I was scrolling through I read the title and thought it was F23, then when I looked and saw it was E23 I thought it was so cute! (The thumbnail I mean) you can see the pine cone held in his talons so adorably 🥰🥰🥰, I love when the eaglets make their little contributions! 😊 thank you for sharing Lady Hawk! E23 is such a sweet eaglet 🥰
🥰💕🌴🦅💕 Oh my sweetheart!! 💘 That pine cone that our lovely E23 added to the nest is priceless. 💕💕 What a precious gem!! 💎 Just love this precious sweetie with all my heart. 💖🦅💖 Bless E23's heart. Stay safe and keep thriving, Auntie's sweetie. 🙏🙏🦅🙏🙏 Thank you so much for these memorable highlights. 💙💙 Take care and be blessed. 🌺🌸💙🥰🥰💕🌴🦅🦅🦅💕🙏
I saw 2 pinecones in the nest today. He must have brought another one lol. The pond camera ( i call it) seems to be out. I hope it gets fixed . You get to see a lot of things on that one.
I think that's so precious for her to leave a pine cone as a little something to remember her by. It also looks like a useful tool to practice de-furring tactics or twisting & tearing meat from prey. Hahahaha...the handy all purpose pine cone!👍 Such adorable close-ups too LadyHawk, thank-you!💐🦅🪶🧡
Ahhh, here come the tears..what a grown up eagle E23 is now! May is just a few weeks away. I better unpack my shamwow's so I'm ready for the flood of tears.😭 This year, there will be tears of joy.😂 Celebrating M15 & F23's successful first season together.💞💞Tears of honor, for our 👑Harriet. 😢😢This is now a full circle moment at the Pritchett nest.💖So much gratitude for them.💖TY Lady Hawk💞for Always being here and providing such amazing videos.💞 Your talent deserves high recognition.💞 You re an outstanding teacher.💞 Thanks to all of you,who gather every September, too early,in hope of a glimpse of our power couple!💝This eagle family has been a blessing in my life since E9! He was my lifeline as I struggled through the loss of my dear sweet husband.💖My heart has mended and I am ready to soar.💖
Another precious moment and circle of life for this fascinating eaglet E23⭕ 💞 He/ She pays back with pine cone for amazing parents ❤ Look up for E23 how grew up quickly and became the perfect copy of its amazing parents 🤩 And soon we will have to say farewell to E looking for its own destiny 😢❤ To be honest I am not ready for this moment and never will 😢❤ Thank you Dear Lady Hawk for your best possible reports and comments from SWFL nest. Thanks to you we all became completely devoted to this eagle family and probably all raptors on entire planet 😊❤ It is true privilege to be your friend 💋💙🤗☘️
Sharon, Emilia, I am not ready for E23 to leave either. Despite having watched since Season 1, it will be especially hard since I lost my lone family member, my Aunt Yonia last July.
I've been in the camp that she's a girl for the last few weeks. I saw her with dad at the pond recently side by side, front view. #1 She has a much broader, rounder, fuller body/chest. Girls are just plain bigger. #2 She is taller because of her longer tarsus (lower leg bone 30% longer than a male's); gives females some extra room under them for eggs/eaglets; as eaglets grow in size those 1st few weeks, males want to help, but females can cover them better physically like in storms as we saw when mom relieved dad so he could stand beside them as a "buffer" against wind & rain rather than as a cover.😊
A couple pine cones might "freshen" the nest.
She seems proud of her addition to the nest, just love her 😍🥰
That is so cute! They must be fun to pick at for a little beak exercise.
Lovin the chirpies!!
I hope precious E 23 not eating the Pines Cone.
So precious!!! Oh E23 you have come a long way. It feels like yesterday you were born. Time sure does go by fast 😢
Lovely and funny E23! terrific video, Lady Hawk; thank you so mcuh.

Just (roughly) how much longer do we have the privilege of watching E23? First year watching these beautiful eagles ❤️
If I recall correctly, the longest time is around 12 weeks after fledging…
Last year, E21 left pretty quickly after fledge, but E22 hung around into early June.
I think E15 holds the record, if I remember correctly she was a tad longer than E22
So precious--E23 & a pine cone contribution, perfect! ❤ Thank you for the video! Hugs ❤

E23 so gorgeous
Sharon, Harriet always brought greenery to the nest. I was told it helped with the bugs.
That little bird turned into a pine cone 😳
