Button batteries .. you can see the positive image on one 😀 👍
Great to see your finds mate up in Georgetown, especially as things warm up out in the bush - you've got a good setup there with the bike etc. Thanks for sharing!
Yea she's getting pretty warm up here now, think ill scoot down south for the next swing.. take care
Those bees were very thankful for the salts in your sweat. Salt is very hard to come by in most inland places unless groundwater is being brought to the surface.
i was wondering what they were after haha.
Piece 4 that landed on the coil, I've done that a few times pushing the scoop across the coil fast, and as soon as I heard that response I thought you'd work it out. 👍 New subscriber. Cheers 🍻
Haha yea twas only a matter of time, thx for your subscription, nic
Great video, your commentary is very easy on the ears! Thx for sharing
Thanks for watching! Nic
Love the video mate, keep em coming. Those little round things are a button cell battery commonly found in watches, remotes and some kids toys.
weird to find in such a place.
@@HowToFindGold also used in hearing aids. Especially that type.
Nice m8t dig ya vids.
thx pete more to come hopefully
Great video.. well done.!
Glad you liked it!
I did a lot of soil.sampling for BHP in the early 90s around Georgetown and Forsayth. Might be time to come back and swing a detector. Also work on a cattle station over showed me his 375ml jar of alluvial gold...
thats crazy hey, lots of alluvial around them parts and plenty of big deep heavy nuggets, apparantly alot of the old timers ran away when the news of palmer come through and the creeks in gorgetown got overlooked. most of the good creeks now have been sluiced and put back.
Very impressive mate
Thx boss :) appreciated
oi oi oi mad vid. loved the nuggs. well.put together bruv. looooved that backing track ❤
Glad you enjoyed boss :)
Love the use of the E bike mate that’s a fantastic idea. I’ve seen some big nugs come out of George Town. No doubt you will get one soon. 😜✨✨⛏
Thx mate yea I’ve been loving the bike it’s saving a lot on fatigue. Waiting patiently for the big one.
@@HowToFindGold Just a matter of time.. you probably have a higher chance than most because you are going remote. Good luck ✨✨⛏😜
Good video, I thought the grass would have been worse ,higher and thicker after all the rain.Did you come across any paper wasps nests?? Cheers Greg
Yes I have but i am always looking to avoid them bastards haha. the grass is high for that area, usually its only an inch high in winter.
Well done maattteee. Good day out.
Thanks maaaaaate, your trip next :)
Those two metal things are button cell batteries, at least that's what their called in america, they are often found in cheap laser lights, disposable Keychain flashlights, and electronic tea light candles, and other various small electronics... if you notice on the bottom there was a + sign denoting the positive end. With small batteries like that, the positive is on the opposite side. With standard batteries like AA... positive is normally on top, well with button cell batteries the positive is on the bottom and marked with the plus sign. Funny still, to find them way out there in the middle of nowhere though...
Yea I definitely hadn’t see them before, another suggested maybe they were for hearing aids ? Thanks for the feedback :) Nic
@@HowToFindGold yea, they could also be for a hearing aid, probably an older model from the 80s... yea, anytime, I like your channel. New subscriber. Keep up the good work. 👍

hearing aid batteries
actually i just googled that your probably right, looks similar, they are very light though?
Love the e-bike. What sort of range does the battery have?
if you take it easy about 75kms, if your going hard and hitting hills etc about 50, shes a beast
@@HowToFindGold would you be able to advise make and model out of interest? Would be great over here in WA in the Murchison where we detect :)
Looks like a Surron or a Talaria bike upon review?

I thought your revenge would be bacon.
haha it will be tomorow morning..
Hello, I am writing from Turkey. I am just starting this business. How do you determine where to look for gold nuggets? How do you mark their locations? I would be very happy if you could help me.
follow the old timers, where they went and what they looked for, the more you understand the history, the more you will find gold.
mate up from Vic, cant make heads or tails of your detecting laws, in vic all crown land is fair game, here i need permision from who?
by law, you need permission in writing from the person who owns the epm and the person who owns the land. but rarely is anyone following that. and its not really being followed up either. at face value most people just ask permission and then go on when granted.
