Me and my sister have practiced singing this song and have sang at churches many times...sometimes we just sing at home for fun. I just have to share something amazing; I have been questioning my faith and have been falling astray. I was just thinking about starting to go back to church and I meant to click a different video of Anthem Lights singing the 2012 mashup but accidentally clicked this video without realizing it. Some just say it's an accident but I feel that it is God trying to help me find my path again. I am blessed this music groups exist to help those without even realizing it. Thank you and God bless.

I love it when they sing Christian songs. The pop covers are beyond amazing, but these are the ones that make my day. ;)
The thing I love about slightly more modern hymns is that you can really belt them out and feel so full of faith! I do enjoy the older hymns also and I know a lot of modern songs are based on those a bit more traditional but these seem to reach more widely and they're all so fantastic! It makes me so happy hearing them and knowing God loves me :D

This is the best song ever and I have recently turned to listening to 94.9 K-Love in Toledo and I will keep on listening. God is so great and I wish it didn't take an injury from Combat to notice that.... I was going through hell when you released this mashup. This song... I don't know how else to explain it but it tore me down (in a good sense). I was in tears the first time I heard it, yet all the tears stopped when the last part came "Oh God how I need you!". I prayed and started to take my life back. All these years later I still come back to this song for inspiration.

I remember this song in 2014... That year was probably the worst year ever for me. While i was parked, I turned onto K-Love and started to pray for just a break from life when I heard this song play for the first time. I was so extremely moved and just started to cry and cry, especially during Mandisa's "Overcomer" and Matt Maher's "Lord I Need You" covers. It gave me a sense of hope and that perhaps, God listened to my prayer and encouraged me to continue on and that life would get better and that of course, He is always there. Amazing song guys

Anthem Lights I first heard y'all on a Wesley mission Trip to put on a VBS in Missoruri and one of the people that went with us showed us this one that they had on their phone... it was late at night and we were Driving to were we were supposed to be staying after a 13 hour drive From Dallas, let me tell you it really brought the van alive we were tired and just ready to go to bed but singing to not only your christian songs but your pop songs we put it on the car speakers and jamed... just wanna thank you for giving us the few hours of extra energy that was needed to greet our hosts and get ready to meet and give the troubled youths a bright face and to just get ready to show Gods love and introduce them to a walk of faith...
