- Presenting Meesho Masterclass - Episode 1 with Business Expert Pushkar Raj, where you will learn the best way to start selling online in just 15 minutes. Begin your online selling journey the right way with this free video! The first step is finding the right platform for your business. The three things you need to look for in a platform are 1- it should provide equal opportunity to all sellers, 2 - it should be seller-friendly and 3 - it should be very easy to use.
Meesho makes it easy to set up and grow your business online with ease, with exclusive policies like 0% commission, 0 penalties and 7-day payment cycle. On Meesho you become part of a very big shopping network of 40,000 suppliers and 10cr+ customers, and your products become visible to customers across 27,000 pin codes over India.
Once registered as a seller through an easy process, you will have access to the supplier panel (on your browser or the meesho app) which allows you to manage your account easily from anywhere. You can manage your selling account, product information, inventory updates and payments here. The supplier panel also gives you useful information and insights about the market so that you can easily grow your business.
Here are a few things you can do on the supplier panel:
• Upload catalogs and accept orders
• Track inventory details and update listings
• Download and print shipping labels to process orders
• Get market insights using the price recommendation and product recommendation tool
• Raise a support ticket to solve your doubts and complaints
To sell products on Meesho, first you have to list your catalogs. This can be done on the supplier panel by clicking on the Catalog Upload section. You can choose to upload a single catalog or multiple catalogs by clicking on Single Upload or Bulk Upload options. While uploading your catalogs, be ready with good quality images, the price, GST slab, size and colour of the products and other important product details. Once submitted your catalogs will go through Meesho’s quality check process, after which if approved your products will be seen by our customers. To increase your reach and visibility, experts recommend uploading at least 5-7 catalogs at the start.
Becoming a successful supplier means managing your orders in a timely manner. Accepting orders on time ensures more orders follow. On the orders tab of the supplier panel, you can accept orders, download shipping labels, and track deliveries using the code provided on the label. Paste the shipping label on the package and hand it to the delivery partner on the dispatch date. If unable to meet the dispatch date, you can cancel the order cost-free before this date.
Meesho is tied up with top logistics partners across the country to ensure the smooth shipment of your products. It is recommended that you dispatch orders for shipping 2-3 days from the date of accepting the order.
It is also crucial to know about return orders and RTO orders. Information about Returns, RTO, Wrong Returns and claims can all be found in the supplier panel.
While selling on Meesho, always keep your inventory updated and remember to pause products that you cannot sell on a regular basis. This can be done in the inventory section of the supplier panel.
There are 3 tools to help boost orders:
• Meesho ads - you can increase the visibility of your products by creating ads that will display on the top section of your customers' app.
• Product recommendation - find out which products are most popular or in high demand to add to your inventory
• Price recommendation- set the most attractive and profitable price for your product based on information from other sellers in the same category

Meesho has a new scheme now to loot seller,
They will put your best selling products out of stock or blocked for no reason every alternative week. If you run ads on that catalogue only then it will show in stock. So the seller thinks that ads are giving him more orders.
Meesho is placing fake orders and eating sellers's hard earned money by taking customer returns fees.not getting payments all payment goes in customer returns fees

Please strengthen your seller support team , they doesn't have capability to resolve the issues...due to their inability they are encouraging fradulants..because if somebody does trail of malpractice like wrong return , used material return etc.,meesho don't penalize them..instead meesho rejecting complaints and penalizing the sellers in the name of support charges and courier charges..

S . Last month one lady order 2 sarees. After she received the order she return 1 saree. But i open the return iam shocked. She return damaged musquita net. 2000 worth saree she stole. What can i do. Immediately iam raise the ticket. Meesho settle 1734 rs to me. This is a loss for meesho. So meesho advised courier partener before take the return they checked the pdt.ths is my suggestion

The support team is only for customers not for sellers. If the customer returns the product and he changes the product or replaces your product with the original one, they will refund the customer without asking anything. When you claim for a wrong return they always deny. What it means is that the customer is a god and the seller is a fool. Sellers will always be at a loss..
मीशों, सेलर को लेकर जरा सा भी इंप्रूवमेंट नही कर रहा हैं, करियर बॉय ने इतना ज्यादा नुकसान किया हैं हमारा जिसकी कोई हद नही, मैने मीशों में जनवरी से 70,000 रुपए से काम स्टार्ट किया था, करियर बॉय पैकेट में से प्रोडक्ट निकाल लेते हैं या दूसरा चीप प्रोडक्ट डालकर हमे दे जाते हैं और फिर मीशाे, हमे उनका क्लेम देने से मना कर देते हैं कि आपकी पैकिंग में सुधार करो। परेशान हो गया हु, कि अब क्या करू, मेरे पास 70,000 से 6 महीने में सिर्फ 30,000 रुपए ही रह गए हैं, और मीशो प्रचार कर रहा हैं कि सेलर ग्रो कर रहा हैं, कोई एक सेलर बता दो जो ग्रो कर रहा हैं।और सबकी एक ही समस्या हैं कि कुरियर बॉय और ग्राहक सेलर के साथ फ्रॉड कर रहे हैं।तो उसका समाधान क्यों नही करते हो ।😡😡

Hello Sir. I started selling meesho. And i got orders within a week. But my experience was so bad from meesho. Delivery partner didnot pickup my order even after more than 7days passed. And my orders gone cancelled. I raised tickets many times but got no resolution. So i decided to nill all stock.

guys, never register on meesho as seller. these are the people of planned fraudsters. i have lost 1 lakh rupees in just two months of registering as seller on meesho. BEWARE. WANT TO BE LOOTED, YOU ARE WELCOMED WITH WARM HEART. YOU SEND THE PHONE TO THEIR RESELLERS, YOU WILL RECEIVE A GARBAGE ITEM IN RETURN, AND MEESHO WILL DECLINE TO PAY YOU.
Meesho should fulfill its 7 day payment cycle promise. Some of my orders are delivered one month ago but still the payment is not credited.In this video 3:40 it is complete wrong that meesho provide payment in 7 days after delivery. Sometimes it get stuck too and you can't get it that then. I have raised more than 10 tickets to get that payment but no positive response. Meesho support team behaves like an illeterate .

At Meesho we provide our suppliers with the opportunity to promote their products through Paid Advertisements. The charges for the paid ads are deducted directly from suppliers' payments along with GST at 18%. We recover our paid advertisement charges every alternate Tuesday based on the daily usage.

Meesho do not accept false Courier Return, and even after you have all unpacking video as per guidelines-less then half of Customer return/damage/missing return Claim will get approved. Sir I am working with meesho last 4 yers but facing very bad experience now. Because no value for suppliers . Aise samjhna bhot easy hai but supplier face karta hai har difficulties . I dispatched 600-700 orders per day but koi value nhi hai account ko dumb kar dia hai visibility zero kar di .. meri rating 4+ hai from starting but jo supplier 3.4 3.5 rating wale hai unko value di ja rhi hai full visibility ke sath . No support from meesho supplier support or any response from employees . Flipkart ki tarha hona chahiye bronze silver gold . Jab se meesho start huyi hai hum jaise sellers ne hardwork kia hai but zero value hai achhi sale dene ke baad b

There are lot of issues as they create wrong return and mentioned in remarks like missing qty, I don't like product etc then make money in form of return shipping fees from seller as We also raised ticket but no solutions.
They also validate from courier partner but not resolved yet.
Even RTO products also coming with wrong item where meesho and courier partner are involved but seller can not do anything bcoz they don't have any customer support contact no. As they know that they are doing unethical activities on ground.

I am a seller on meesho and I feel you should take half money from customer if they are returning the product but you don't take a single penny from customer and all money is beared by seller. And the product which is returned by the customer should come in transparent polythene .

But now a days you guys say that 'the ratio of claims raised by you against your returns has been significantly higher than our overall platform levels. Due to this, we would not be able to process the claim against this order.
