I can`t stand parents that refuse to listen, be a friend with your children. Work along side them and help them help you.

Momma needs to put down the guard and listen to the person she gave birth. She said its hard to listen to a daughter advice when Momma is the Boss and actually her Mom. But lady, in life you will hear from olders people and yonger people and guess what? 70% the times they will know more than you as you still OLD School and seems you have your feet on another Earth. Working with family is quite hard. Emotions and baggage, that most people cannot put aside, are sabotaging your interactions. If you talk to each other the way you do at home, it can get confusing and can even hurt you when you're constantly switching from being family to being boss - employee.

You sent your kids to school or raised them to be smarter than you. If now they're smarter than you, that's money well spent, don't fight it rather embrace it and enjoy the fruit of your labour on them.
