  • I made something a little different and I hope you enjoy it!
I’ve been so inspired by all the mushrooms I see on Instagram.
I’ll show you how to make these mushroom ornaments to match your natural themed decor. I painted mine red, but you can use any colours you like.
I hung mine on my Christmas tree and tucked a few into other places around my home.
As a bonus, I’ll show you how I added a bit of shine to some walnuts and made ornaments out of them.
These sweet little mushrooms are made from salt dough.
    Ingredients
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup table salt
    1/2 cup warm water
    1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Bake at 200F for a few hours (until they’re no longer squishy). It will depend on how big your mushrooms are. Keep checking on them.

I may occasionally work with paper or other materials such as clay.
