Would love that, I’m trying to incorporate existing notion database like a people db, asset tracker, client tracker. Trying to find the best way to fit into topics and goals and areas.
The 'goals' serve as projects in this case. There are 3 levels of organization in this system. (Consider goals projects) Areas Database > Goals Database > Actions Database
Hey dude, I got really really lost at the part with the processing in terms of "Needs info", Passed due and rescheduled action.... I made the little group sections the way. you have it but how are you filtering this whole section??? and more specifically, how are you filtering each indiviudal group part?? Thanks maan this is wesome!
Create groups based on a formula property. Set up filters based on what you want to filter out. That’s pretty much all there is to it. Might take a bit of messing around to learn.
Hi Productive Dude, could you elaborate between the "Date" and "Due Date" properties? I'm just not sure what the action date property is meant to do different to the "due date" one. Thanks
For example, a meeting has the same due date and action date. You’re doing it and it’s due on the same day. Whereas a website design might have a due date, but it might move around multiple days before it gets finished.

Hi Productive Dude, really helpful video thank you for that. Could you maybe explain to me how the due date property is made?

Just to better phrase to question; when would we require the action date to be different to the due date? Thanks again
Action date = the day you plan on taking action on something
Due Date = the day that it’s actually due and you need to complete it by this day
For example, a meeting has the same due date and action date.
You’re doing it and it’s due on the same day.
Whereas a website design might have a due date, but it might move around multiple days before it gets finished.
