As somebody who has played hockey for a long time but never was explicitly taught a lot of the skills, you are such a big help. Now I'm a bit older and coaching I'm hoping that through stuff like this that I can offer a bit more explicit guidance for the next generation. Thank you so much!

Im noticing pro player sticks has longer grips outdoor and indoor versions, or just wrapped lower. Why? Thanks for the vids.
if the ball is missing the goal or is being played from the sideline can you still deflect it using the same techniques just with more contact?
yes correct! By adjusting the face of the stick you can change the path of the ball! Good luck!
