Es imposible hacer rebaling. Cuando lo hago yo, el 10% de las bolitas se unen al estencil. El reballing está poniendome loco.

Hello, thanks for video tutorial. I tried it myself, but after removing IC, the pads are a Total mess. There is solder everywhere and it's difficult to clean. What can I do?
you will need to purchase solder balls and reball it. using flux and solder wick, remove the solder that was under the ic, then where the solder pads are, place the solder balls in place, using the tiniest amount of flux (paste) as glue. do his on the ic itself. then turn the ic over and place it on, heat the solder balls underneath the ic with a heatgun and hope for the best

Go over the pads gently with soldering iron with a ball of leaded solder on the tip........ to remove all the old non-leaded solder.
U can fix it easily
