I'm just trying to upgrade her at the minute o have an issue with the sunroof motor atm and engine choking lol love the videos guys keep em coming if you boys are go to any meets I'll look out for ya or we can start a lil lupo club cruise. Hey man, just figured since your on the hunt for power I'm also on that wave too. I think you also have an AUA engine so I'll let you in on the things I'm on the process of doing. I've got the AUB intake (almost the same as the GTi) Renault Clio throttle body (larger diameter and it's plug and play) AUB cams, AUB ECU and later on I'll get the 4 2 1 manifold and a nice airbox like you have. So with the AUB cams and AUB ECU it should end up on 100hp and then the rest should just add-on power. Look into getting aub cams and AUB ECU, easy power gains and you have most of the other mods done
Hi mate, thanks for the advice, I’ve got an inlet can ready to go in from the 100bhp engine, also got the Throttle body too, then will be getting it mapped and see how it performs. Then rip it all out and fit my polo gti engine and bolt the parts on and see what that makes 😄
@@MrPalmerr99 hey man! I just finished fitting the inlet and throttle body but it needs a map. Later on I'll do the cams also. You should try get the Renault Clio 1.6 throttle body since it's just abit bigger then the GTi! If you need the part number just ask. Where do you get your car mapped?
SpaRkiieeSiLvA how does yours drive? Yeh I’ve heard of that before, think I’ll see how I get on with the gti one and go from there. I’ll be getting it mapped at this place in the video where it was dyno’d
@@MrPalmerr99 since I don't have a map on it yet it's doesn't drive well but there's definitely gains on torque. Guy is pulling 100bhp on his with just a GTi intake, a/m intake, Renault body and 4-2-1 headers. Once I've done it I'll message back here and let you know

TBF, it would’ve in all probability done its stock power if not more if the rolling road guy had, had the rolling road fan in the back ground running has per every rolling road I’ve been to.....
We’ve done a second much more comprehensive dyno test using a couple variations of our Airbox against a number of other intakes and the Sprogley Airbox out performed all of them. Find out write up here: www.sprogleymotorsport.co.uk/sm-enclosed-airbox
This test is not accurate, because you did not use the air fan with the stock airbox but you did use it with the aftermarket. So basically the big difference is thanks to blowing air in the front of the car. You also have less heat stroke with the fan in front.

1.4 is 75 bhp
As said, 1.4 16v 75hp, with the addition of a decat manifold, Gti inlet and our intake

I don't understand why anyone bothers with the Lupo GTI when the TDI offers so much more

I more likely think you gained 10bhp because of that blower in front of it.
