When I worked for a division of Fox, we would regularly drive back-and-forth from Playa Vista to the Fox Studios lot, and Waze would always route us through this neighborhood.
This neighborhood was established in 1932 .Very elegant homes.

I always startle when I see you turn right and the signal is red. Then it comes to my mind that you are in America where that is allowed. :D :)
We can turn right on red after coming to full stop first to look ,nothing coming can turn right on red light.Not a law in every city.

11:36 That's one of many old air raid sirens. You can still see these in the San Fernando Valley. At least I did the last time I visited my family. I live in Northern California so I don't get to come down there as often as I would like.
