Great vid, I didn't know about the difference in armor for liches. I'm level 54 and have reached Abyss lev 71 or 72. I do have a question, when trying to raise the level of the abyss, do we have to complete two levels above our last? It seems likely me this is happening to me. Asking as I'm really now only having trouble with enemies. I reach the level above my current and then die. When I go to town and comeback to abyss my max is still below the level I died on.? Any idea?
Great question! You are correct, if you are trying to start at level 73 you would have to have reached 74. Abyss always starts you at one level lower than your highest level reached.
Do you know how the secondary enchant “reduce x amount of stamina,” and the health and magicka variants work? Like do you know if it decreases stamina permanently for the whole battle, if it’s just temporary for a certain amount of seconds, and if it stacks?
As far as I know, the drain will stack with both weapon and shield secondary enchants and it lasts for the duration of the round. I’d be curious if anyone knows if indomitable smash clears the debuff?
@@AiryusOnline I hadn’t thought about that, but now that you bring up indomitable smash, I think the wording might be important. I don’t think I’ve ever read about “debuffs” or “buffs” in the game, and in the spell Resist Elements it specifically states that you’ll be curing the caster of “Elemental Resistances” and then in the ability indomitable smash it says you’ll cure the fighter of “ALL of the fighters conditions” meaning there are more conditions besides the elemental. If “decrease x amount of stamina” is counted as a condition, then it would be cured by inimitable smash. The only conditions I could think of that aren’t specifically elemental are paralysis and staggered, but if you can’t use indomitable smash during those two conditions then idk what else “ALL of the fighters conditions” would be referring to besides elemental conditions and potentially “decrease x amount of stamina.” Although on the other hand, all the elemental conditions are limited in duration and you said the “decrease x amount of stamina” is probably permanent for the round

If you are referring to the passive skill tree then yes it is supposed to boost your spell damage. However I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t working. Spell resistance has been broken in the past and even with the multiple tickets I’ve put in I’m still not sure if it’s working to this day haven’t had the time to test recently
Do you know if armor rating only protects against physical damage or if it also protects against elemental damage? I’m wondering cause that’s how it worked in skyrim, armor rating only protects you against physical damage in Skyrim
From what i've gathered, there is a 10 to 1 ratio on armor rating to physical and elemental damage. Where as, there is a 1 to 1 ratio on resistances. So if you have an set that gives you an armor rating of 1000, that will negate 100 points of physical and elemental damage. On the flip side, if you have a set that gives you 800 armor rating plus 120 fire resistance, that will negate 80 points of physical and elemental damage, plus an additional 120 fire damage. If you like math, then you can understand how resistances are more valuable than armor rating in certain situations.
Do you know what’s up with the trophies ranking system for guilds? Sometimes my guild will have enough trophies to be in the top ten, like 1600 trophies, but it will rank in the 300’s instead
My friend got smacked by a guy with a lighting enchanted hammer that winds around itself towards the top. I checked out the artifacts list and the all the types of crafting warhammers and none of them matched up. Do you know what he used against him? Btw I sent some of my guild members your way, hope they sub 👍🏽

That’s a good point bud. The grind isn’t bad though and you really only need to grind if you trying to be top 100. If you pretty casual just play through main quest and hit arena every now and then you get enough good gear without having to grind

Doing gold chest runs and jobs that reward with gems is really the best grind for transcends if you are max level

Unfortunately there is a known issue with the ranking system it’s been broken for the last 4 or 5 seasons no ETR either

Would you happen to know how low your health has to be to reach “critical health”?
most recent tests (prior to last update) in PVE crit health is at 35% total health, PVP it is 10% give or take a few

I’ve tested it with enchants and it did take it into consideration, haven’t tested this latest patch yet
