I am contemporary collage artist from Finland. In this video, I hope to give You inspiration and ideas for taking paper collages to next level. The materials used are vintage magazines and books, tin boxes and all kinds of recycled material. How to make your paper collage tree dimensional. Could we use some other material than paper? I create collages and mixed media art using scraps of vintage paper and found imagery. Every piece is unique. My multilayered pieces of art combine various materials with a sense of nostalgia, irony and humour. I love the idea giving these old fragile vintage materials new life in modern surroundings.
