Did my first flights last weekend on the avanti on 10s, it took off on grass in less then 30m thanks to the bigger wheels. it's a great plane as it flies way better then my other edf foamies, landing is more of a challenge, you really need the flaps, and a good landing prep in necessary
Sorry, I`ve not quite understood the extension of the front landing gear. Coud you show it more in detail? And how does the front landing gear fit in the plane after extension with 2 cm more? And could you tell the Motor setup when flying with 2 x 6 s Lion?

Apparently I will have the 3rd version?? do you think the nose landing gear has been changed for a longer one? You're talking about the thrust tube as well : I won't put the EDF in the back of the a/c, I won't be able to do it but could you show me how you avoid to put the elevator tube thru the thrust tube? About sebart's design and the length of the front strut: did you follow the throws and mixing given in the Manual? If the problem is too little AOA then increasing the elevator throws could have been the solution. Don't you think?
The Servo arm geometry is1to1 ratio so the torque remains the Same as what the servo is rated at! Measure control surface horn from Center of hinge and duplicate that distance on Servo arm this generates the optimal geometric efficiency for overall types of flying yet still retains as much servo linearity and control surface precision as possible!!.. .

Very interesting video! What is your idea of putting cheater holes in the cockpit hatch? More air to the EDF means more static thrust, but there is also a possibility that air is sucked out of the fuselage because of low pressure air moving around the cockpit hatch while flying. I don't know what is best :)

It didn't help. But extending front strut helped right away :)
