"My first thought was to call the police..." Yes. If she's brazen enough to walk into your garage and just take your car, there's no reasoning with her.
I agree they are at fault as well. They did not verify any details just taking the word of that woman. They also trespassed, stole your your vehicle but also crushed it without verifying that anything was wrong with it and didn't even wait to crush it. Something is wrong with that junkyard
Idk how someone could ever think they could just break into someones garage, steal their car. Park it in their driveway, and somehow think they can gaslight OP into just not wanting his car back.
What exactly was going through this Karen's head that made her think she could get away with stealing a car from another person's garage, and have it parked in her own driveway? She is nuts!
Stolen RV: Karen was operating in the HOA's name so I would have sued them for the harassment and mental trauma she inflicted in their name and on their behalf. AND, because I am a petty bastard I would have pressed charges on the tow company for destruction of property, grand theft and trespassing.
The pig barn story: I recognize that OP recognizes she was wrong. This isn't particularly directed at her. That said, it's always disgusting when people move in next to a farm and act like it's unreasonable that the farm didn't suddenly stop operating to make the city slicker's life more comfortable.
still the Farmer is also an AH he did this to get back at a teenager! A minor! doing something like that for that purpose alone is showing the maturity of a 13 year old.
Farmers need to have some compassion for city Karens as they are usually in shock that their next door neighbors have Remingtons instead of a Glock. City slicker usually move into farm country before a developer buys up the land and turn it into a subdivision so they can form an HOA.
@@1musamune The person posting the story was 18 not a minor, but you are right really the pig revenge should only really be used when someone’s like trying to steal your property, Biette, land, or animals or something else to that extreme. Especially when the person being a brat, we’ll be moving out probably within the next year or so so all you doing is being a petulant child punishing the parents for their bratty adult Daughter’s behavior
@InvaderMedia420 I miss the actual age. I just knew the person was in their teens but still doing this to an 18-year-old. Still a teenager still heavily immature to do this
@@1musamune Actually apparently a good bit was left out, as the story Ripe read was a cleaned up rewrite of the original, that was deleted. A couple of comments has been made on other comments, about what was in thee original story.
The fifth story, yet another H.O.A. leader getting taken down and for grand theft auto, and what should have been along with felony malicious destruction of private property. The tow company and salvage yard should have also faced charges of aiding and abetting in both crimes, along with the permanent loss of license for the owner to operator own either one, or operate any type of towing equipment. All that it takes is one simple question, did you check with the people on the property before removing the vehicle? If the answer was no, and that they were doing on the authority of the H.O.A. leader, then they'll have to face the same charges as well.
All it takes is a few seconds to run the plates, and get an answer back. Which with police cruisers now having an onboard computer, there's no need to call into the station for the answer. The officers can connect direct to the D.M.V. and have an answer in seconds.
Why did the cops not immediately run the plates on the Porsche? That would immediately show who it's registered to, OP then pulls out driver license with name and address matching the registration.
The RV story, why didn't the junkyard research the VIN number? Why didn't the tow company research the VIN number, and address they were picking up at? A good lawyer could have a field day with all of them, especially the Karen. SMH 🤦♀️ ✨🌟⭐😎⭐🌟✨
My father had a body shop that was supposed to be closed to customers in the bays but there is always the one guy that wants to nose around and get in the way. I would put about a pint of paint thinner in a paint gun and pretend to be cleaning it! All the fumes from spraying in thinner would always run them out of the shop!!
Why didn't the towing company ask for any proof that the RV was on HOA property? I would think they'd want to cover their arse in case of any illegal involvement. Otherwise I would think they could be held partially responsible for the RV being destroyed.
I have a small story. This is set in a Walmart parking lot and with my worker(im somewhat disabled) and i was in the passenger seat, when i open the door and nearly missed the car next to me the girl driver freaked out. We couldn't hear what she was saying and even my worker was confused. Anyway i did some small shopping and noticed her again, it seemed she had missed out on a deal. I smiled inwardly and moved
Sorry not replying soon RUclips comment notification is not great. I did forget to fill in details my worker is a case worker for adult help because I have ADHD and assburgers this was in 2019 and for the last for I forgot to type moved on and didn't see her again
Being from a small farming area in Austria I have to say something to the pig Story: if you move to a farming area you move into another community. Farmers care for animals, they are effected by notice and other stuff way more noticeably than with human. Playing loud music at night even before 10pm might have negative effects, that will make farmers losses. Obviously they do not want this. If people from the city come by and don't take words and are reasonable because "they do not break the law" then it's just logical for the farmer to do something legal but betty as well. If you move to a new area learn the rules there. If you make enemies be prepared they are enemies.
Parking Spot Story: OP was kinder than I'd have been...The first time she parked in my spot, I'd leave a note politely telling her not to park in my spot and if it happens again, I will have her car Towed at her expense and then immediately files a complaint with the Landlord... The next time she parked in my spot, I'd file another complaint with the Landlord and call the Tow Truck...
In my state, the tenant cannot call for a tow from an assigned spot; only the building owner or manager can do so. And sometimes said people can be difficult to get hold of.
The second story, with neighbors like that, people don't want to help them in the long run. Not when all they do is call the police constantly over what isn't even less than petty. Which as much as I dislike guardianship/conservatorship/trusteeship, that couple sounds like they may need it.
Sorry but what the hell is wrong with the Porsche owner? Not calling the police? Please person!? Smarter not harder. I mean really the child. She stole your 100k car! She’d of been lucky to not be harmed by any other owner.
First story: OP…..how did you not have two sets of keys for a sports car??? More importantly: why did you not have the spare key in the house?? I own a high end car and I’ve never been that careless with keys. Do better!!
It makes perfect sense to wear a face mask to protect yourself from nasty dust, I've done so myself many times. You will also see people wearing face masks in addition to safety glasses and a face shield while using a grinder.
The last story, whenever someone is wearing a respirator mask, there's always a good reason and people should stay clear of the area itself. Just stand back and watch what's being done, and the answer should be clear soon enough.
That particular farmer is an ahole. Nothing the teenager did was *that* egregious & he's making the parents suffer for her... playing music within allowed hours & giving him a dirty look? And she's gonna move out someday but the parents will still be there smelling pigs. If she's not leaving out some pretty effed up stunts, like cronically egging his car or perpetually harassing his animals, he's just a super dick. Like, what if she apologized and behaved like a perfect coubrey girl now (not that she should)? He still wouldn't move it cuz "it's too late". So, idk, if I were them, I'd do everthing within the law to annoy him now, he already did his "legal" worst. And maybe shame him with a newspaper ad apology detailing exactly what she did that he's overreacting to and asking that he move it or whatever. Maybe the community could pressure him?
Apparently the original story was deleted, which had even more details, and the poster wasn't as nice as she made herself out to be. There appears that some important details were left out, and I suspected before reading through the comments, there was far more there than was given.
@@dragonriderabens9761, in my initial call with my own comment, I said she was she was the massive bunghole. There was a word that was used in what we heard, that I keyed on, that being her use of redneck. The one comment basically confirmed what my gut was saying. I didn't expect though to see that comment about the original being deleted. Also the farmer may have posted their side as well from a comment lefty on a comment. It could be in the same or a different one. Sometimes other comments will yield little surprises like that.
@@vernonharden That would make sense. I still wonder how deserving the parents are though. How hard did they back the daughter, since it seems they're going to get the majority of the punishment. Love to hear the story from the farmer's perspective.
@Grygus_Triss She still isn't without recourse if she is legitimately upset about the neighbors animals invading her yard. Planting wild onion and garlic might even help with the smell, but considering the possibility of salmonella ground contamination from the pigs, she should warn her parents not to eat anything from their yard or the farmer.
The third story, while it wasn't all that very petty, but it sent the needed message, don't park in my spot if you don't want me to use y our spot to park my vehicle.
18F needs to learn about farmers/ranchers and livestock. Farmers are in either of two situations “free range” where there are no fences and if a driver hits an animal with a vehicle the driver is presumed guilty. The second scenario ranchers are liable if animals get out and get hit. A third possibility is when the animals are being herded from location to another. Do the farmers/ranchers have adequate men moving the animals to control them so vehicles can pass and/or pilot cars with warning signs. In the second scenario if you see an animal out, notifying the owner will get them to be friendly if not actually friends if you treat it as “I know you don’t want them out.”
The Car and RV story those 2 were trolls complaining of the smallest things because they don't like, it's ridiculous. Always put themselves first interest of their own ego and power driven. Yet they keep forgetting though no human is above the law
The firs story, the poster shouldn't have waited to call the police, once they had discovered that the car stolen. Also I very strongly suspect that the chavette may have been the one who broke the garage door getting in to steal the car. Also it's not smart interrupting your defense attorney, when they're handling your case. There are some attorneys who won't put up with it for long. Some after a few times to many of it, will on the floor remove themselves from the case. As for interrupting a judge when they're speaking and you're on trial, it never goes very well. The chavette was lucky she didn't get the maximum time and a bit or very close to it.
The farm story. OP is definitely in the wrong. She and her parents move to a farming community, but don't bother to consider a farmer's way of life. Playing music loudly until 9pm may not seem late to city people, but it is to a farmer who wakes up at dawn and goes to bed at about 10pm. If OP wants to make amends with the neighbors, they're going to have to make considerable effort to show that they're not just some entitled city person and that they at least respect the farmers for what they do. Because, in reality, those farmers are very likely the source of OP's family's food.
The full story is much more egregious. She try to bully the neighbors, only to discover she didn't know what the word means. They gave her a chance, she threw it in their faces, and clearly now they're acting to remove a pest from their area. They'll succeed. Brat and parents will leave, tail between legs, and they'll probably buy the property for cheap in the process.
A scrap yard won't do that. There are laws in place for this very reason. The scrap yard owner/manager would have faced jail time if this was real. They have to get a Certificate of Authority from the states BMV/DMV. I wanted to junk an old car of mine that threw a rod. I lost the title and the scrap yard had to jump though hoops to be able to scrap the car. They couldn't even remove a single part without the right paperwork. A quick check with the BMV/DMV would have told them it was new and just bought. So, sorry but the story was fake.

That Farmer in the one story is a complete asshat and in the wrong. That girl came from a city or more urban area you can't expect her to know what to do when the cattle get out. Yeah it was on her folks' property and she could have just stayed in the house and not said anything, but anyone raising livestock knows to check the fence line so you have less of a chance for escapees
If there's anyone I've learned from the farmer protests in recent years, it's that farmers think they're always in the right no matter what. They don't believe other people's opinions or lives can be valid.
@Marco_Onyxheart I come from a family of farmers and there is always that one bad apple, my father would have been asshole enough to pull this stunt while the rest of us would have just explained to the kid what had happened and next time give them whoever they need to call so someone in the family could come to get the cattle. Cattle are both smart enough to find a weak spot in a fence but are also to damn stupid to find it to get back in when they wonder off a few feet.
@@Mytwohearts Actually after making my comment that disagrees with your comment, I found a comment left on another comment, where there was more that wasn't told, after the original was deleted, and what we heard was posted as a replacement, that poster omitted details that painted themselves in a much less favorable way. Also within what Ripe read, she used the word redneck. Which is used often used in a derogatory way towards anyone that lives and grew up i n a rural farm area.
LMFAO, a bunch of Reddit lawyers trying to apply suburban HOA sensibility to an area zoned for farming. This isn't a story about empathy, this is a story about someone who misunderstood respect, law and consequences. They asked her to keep her heathen music down because they have to wake up early to you know, farm because farmers wake up well before dawn to get ready. She applied the law to defend her right to listen to music loudly and the farmers reciprocated by legally building a pig house next to her parent's house. I'm guessing her Google is broken, just like yours is so she probably didn't know how to look up what farm life was like. Sure the farmer could have been more empathetic and took more time to teach her, but I'm guessing they had multiple instances of her attitude and this was how they chose to retaliate. Isn't it great how Reddit advice strikes again? This is why we should all check in first with a bunch of bitter, single women for advice.
@thieupham493 as someone who grew up on her grandparents' farms I saw how far a little patient could go in educating a city kid on farm life and I won't even touch on the illegally built hog barn that close to a home and property line. I had an uncle that raised hogs on a farm in the middle of fucking nowhere and even he had to follow guidelines to how close he could have to his own house and other outbuildings. So I suggest you educate yourself instead of being a bitter old prick and stop making assumptions that you know what the fuck you are talking about let alone talking to.
1:35 that's actually not bad advice just based on basic liability. You don't want someone suing you because they tripped on a branch that fell off your tree.
I would have built a pig pen right up next to his. Go over thank for the good idea. And ask him if he though adding chickens and goats would be going to far? I could add them right next to the pig pen and have a whole petting zoo on my property. 😊 Then i get a guard donkey and dare him to come over say hi 😆
Story 1 - by her own logic, someone who entered her house would therefore automatically own it and be fully within their rights to kick her out. Of course, those of us with the smallest shred of common sense know the world doesn't work that way.
Sorry, even if she took it to a scrap yard in brand new condition, they would not crush it without checking her claims that there were problems with it. Nobody would believe it was faulty if it looked brand new.
As the son of a farmer myself - I have to agree - the farmer took it too far. I mean, I'm not a fan of rap music, but that's no reason for the hog treatment (and it's not like it was being played after midnight), and the fact that the OP didn't help out with the cow is understandable - it's a 2,000lb animal with hooves and possibly horns that can be dangerous - again, not worthy of the pig treatment.
I heard this story before unfortunately op left a few things out of the story and there were colorful words she said to her neighbors that were let’s say offensive. So the original post was deleted and it was more than 2 years ago of this story. So I’m pretty sure her folks have to move out and op needs to find a new home after high school.
@@Xero_Espadas, I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case that more was said by her, than what was told in the story. The term/word redneck can be very derogatory and insulting. If I were the father, she's have been given sixty days after graduation to find a new place to reside. I'd have had a word with the neighbors to let them know my decision, and them told them to watch my social media account, blasting my daughter. Now mind you, I do have a daughter, and she has respect for farms farming and farmers.
She showed how she looked down on t he farmers, and used redneck in a way that was intentionally intended to be derogatory. I feel bad for the parents yes, but her, no way Jose, she's a super sized bunghole.
They say don't mess with farmers, and the farmers found a way to actually fight back that was legal, but these farmers were the a-holes. They got upset as a teenager for being a teen, one who listen to loud music up until 9:00 at night, and didn't apologize for being a teenager but not doing anything that actually was bad. This is a time when I wish that there was a way to sue these Farmers out of existence or that they could actually build an anti-pigment that would make the farmers apologize first.
@aahzmandiaz2767 you are absolutely correct sir, I only know the story that is told to me and presented as the evidence of what happened. If the farmer would like to post or ripe would like to read the farmers post, then we can get the full story. But like anybody who's on this thread and watching this video, all we have is what is given to us. And that is why my comment says what it says.
@@bsabruzzo, other than myself, if you go through the comments on other comments, you'll find out there's a lot more to things than she told, in what is a revised version, after the original was deleted. A couple of people familiar with the original version said as one example it was well after none at night she's be riding around playing loud rap music, going to or after eleven at night. However it wouldn't have to exactly be the farmer himself that could tell more. It seems the girl caused issues for a number of the locals in the area. The are some little details if you pay close attention to what was written, that's far more telling, that she was far from being as innocent.
@@bsabruzzo, there were different comments left by others, one of which the loud music went to after eleven at night. Which by that time farmers are in bed, having to get up usually very early in the morning. Which can be between four A.M. and six A.M. There were some small details I picked up, that told me she wasn't nearly as innocent as she tried to make herself out to be. There were others who knew about the original story, and said a lot was left out after the original was deleted, and she reposted what Ripe read for us. Here are things I was able to pick up from what Ripe read for us. Redneck can be a nasty insult, depending on how it's used. The cued me in right away, that she wasn't telling it all. Then fighting with the neighbors kids which was in pluralized form and not in the singular form. She also seemed to require that the farmer(s) conform to what she wanted or decided as to when their working hours would be. In short they weren't to start normal early hours farming activities, until whatever time suited her. I suspect her parents at minimum had enabled her with her behavior, if not encouraged it behind closed doors. I also suspect that the parents made a few rude or insulting remarks of heir own. The next is some of what I found in other comments. The loud Rap music wasn't just around nine but was after eleven at night while riding around in the vehicle. Not sitting stationary as was implied. She also considered farmers dumb rednecks which in the original, which apparently she insulted the local farmers frequently. Also this wasn't something that had happened over a few weeks or a few months, but for around a year before the hog barn went up. Which also it takes time to get the permit, the material and prep the area where it's be built. That alone takes a few weeks minimum to accomplish. As for the hog barn, which on a farm can be easily repurposed later for other farm uses.
Towing in middle of the night and insisting that it be destroyed now should be a BIG red flag that it not legit. An what about the other stuff you usually have in one.
Story 1: Call the cops. Karen is NEVER an adult...they are a Terrible Two's Toddler throwing a wobbly (love that word from the UK) and should be treated as insane & hostile. Pig Farm: OP moved to farming country and is pissed that farmers do farming things on their own farm? Way to go Karen! Never phuck with a farmer. RV: The junkyard employee should have knocked on OP's door to verify Karen's claims but they failed to do so....the company could have lost their business license. Karen would have been held financially liable for all of their loss of business income.
The farmer story feels like he was waiting to have a "reason" to do that, just because he doesn't like the attitude of the girl doesn't mean you should do this
@@thieupham493 but why should the parents suffer for Their daughters, rude behavior. The daughter is going to move out very likely sometime soon because she is 18 so you are punishing the parents for no good reason.

@@InvaderMedia420 You're punishing the parents for allowing their daughter to escalate the situation to this point. Listen to the story again, she was concerned enough about her behavior that she asked Reddit how to respond and in typical bitter women advice, they told her to be a strong c*&t and now her family can reap the constant reward.
Yes there are, and the girl decided that riding around playing loud rap music between nine and to after eleven at night. I learned from other comments posted to other posts the girl wasn't nearly as innocent as she made herself out as being. Apparently there were many others in the community in general; wasn't enamored with her. The original story she told was deleted and replaced with the tamed down version Ripe read. Also apparently the farmer found out about her post on Reddit, and in the comments posted a rebuttal to her story.
@@mospeada1152, there were a couple of things that cued me she wasn't as innocent she was making herself out to be. She used redneck farmer, which is both insulting , and is often used in a very derogatory manner. The getting into fights with the neighbors kids. When I read that, it wasn't written in the singular form, but in the plural form. The being parked playing loud rap music didn't quite add up right either. Any of those alone doesn't mean much. Yet add them together, and a different story emerges. I only caught those small things due to being oriented towards details like that.
The pig farmer story the farmer is 100% the ahole and in the wrong. A small slight from someone from the city and going THAT far to harass them? You don't do that to someone like that and CAN be sued for it. Legally being able to have that many pigs doesn't mean building where they did AND using it as harassment is legal. Unless someone is being a huge problem you don't scorched earth like that. Farmer is a gigantic jerk and I hope the family pursues legal action. My grandparents were farmers and I have relatives farmers. That farmer broke an unwritten rule about being a farmer and they'd shun them, which makes things harder to do when other farmers aren't willing to share seed and offer support.
If he followed building laws it not illegal at all. So long as he was actually selling the pigs it a legitimate venture it also cannot be clearly called harassment as he is pursuing the business of the farm on his property legally.
What I find weird here is the timing that seems to be very short and how the city seems to not care at all. Building that kind of infrastructure is not pocket change and is not like a little shed. You need planification, authorisation and money. So, I'll resume it like this : this farmer is a BIG ahole : he goes nuclear for a minor disagreement with a teenager (at least, it what I guess here). If what that young woman did was so horrific, they should have put her to court! The city : even if it's zoned "farm land", it doesn't allow you to do what you want. City will also loose money on that building. For the legal stuff : I don't know how much can be done, but I feel that showing ill intent can be pretty easy if the farmer has big land and if it not in a strategic place for the working process (like 500 ft away of other building that have water & electricity and path for truck & tractor)... you know... spending a couple thousand more box to make your life harder can look like your more interested in making somebody else life a nightmare instead of making good money.
@@nicolasjoly6948 oh definitely timing was quick I mean I know we can build quick but usually permits take weeks for approval so he had to start that right after talking to them the last time

I'm not one of those farmer hating idiots but this farmer deserves to be sued for what he did and lose
@keeganlafferty1395 If she's legitimately upset about the neighbors animals getting in her yard, she can plant wild onion and garlic. However, with the severe issues lately of pig poo spreading salmonella, she shouldn't eat anything grown in her yard or the neighbor's.

There is no way a farmer would go through all the expense of putting in pig facilities for a little loud noise and dirty looks. It's a big expense and a lot of work. The girl downplayed her actions.
That loud rap was played well after nine and closer to or after eleven at night. The fights weren't with just the farmers kids but with other kids. That came out from some other comments left by a couple of others who saw the original deleted story, and not the revised reposted version that Ripe read.
with the pig farmer i would got a PA system played Rock rap or whatever from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. at level 10 everyday where he would never get a day a peace and quiet Commercial agriculture can be defined as farming that focuses on producing agricultural products for sale in the market rather than solely for subsistence purposes. A commercial pig farm should typically be located at least several hundred meters (around 1,000 feet or more) away from residential areas to minimize odor and noise complaints, with most regulations recommending a distance of at least 300-500 meters downwind from residences; however, the exact distance can vary greatly depending on local zoning laws and farm size

As far as the story with the daughter and farmer goes... Look I am sorry but if you move into a farming comunity and then complain about them starting work early thats completely on you. Its a completely different mentality compared to big cities and either you conform or get ousted. Simple as that.
I feel like the pig farm one is missing some information, like OP must have done something worse to get the farmer to make a whole pig farm to spite her. All that OP said she did was listen to some loud music at 9 pm and give them a dirty look when their cow got on to OP's yard. Unless OP's car has been upgraded with a crazy sound system it shouldn't be loud enough to bother ppl especially with farm noise in the area, so maybe OP should get 0.1 of 5 A-holes for that. The cow getting into OP's yard is something she should be upset about so giving them dirty looks over it should be expected. If that is really all OP did to piss the farmer off then the farmer is a total A-Hole, but I get the feeling OP is omitting ALOT of other stuff she did.
There was more that went on, but what Ripe read was a revised version and the original was deleted. The music was around eleven at night in the original, versus the around nine told in the rewritten version. I found some comments on other comments, after my comment was made initially, that provided the extra info that was missing, when I wrote mine up, seeing her as the jerk.
I have the same feeling, as if very important parts of the story were missing, that would make her look very bad. She is just portraying her now as victim. I do not believe that for one second. I would love to hear the other side.
@aahzmandiaz2767, apparently in the original post the farmer and other locals found out about her post, and rebutted what she said. Which then resulted in her taking i down and posting a sanitized version. If OI k new the user name, and was knowledgeable in how to use the way back machine along with her user name on Reddit,n I would dig it up.
I have trouble processing and agree with this comment. I can’t handle double captions, and I shouldn’t have to turn the captions off and on every video.
Second story: you are the a-hole. Don’t bring your city attitude to a farming community. Farmers don’t care how you did it in the city. Farmers will win in the end as you found out. :)
There was a lot more she left out, after deleting the original post. Some others from Reddit added a good bit of what was left out, who had seen the original post. The post was basically a sanitized repost. It also didn't have where at least one farmer and other locals had found, and rebutted her claims. She'd been asked to knock it off by various neighboring farmers and other locals near the the farmers, along with having her parents asked to rein her in. Which apparently both her and her parents didn't listen to, and ignored the warnings that some type of action would take place if she didn't cease and desist. She was running around at fairly fast speeds blasting rap music up until eleven or later at night. Then she'd whined about the neighbors (it was more than just one farmer) loud farm equipment affecting her sleep in the mornings. Which with most farmers they're commonly getting up anywhere between four to six in the morning. Sher refused to help with trying to get the cow back where it belonged, and stood there and berated and cussed at those who were trying. Which she would also berate and cuss farmers out to their faces, along with starting arguments and fights with the kids of the farmers.
That's exactly how most bad HOA Karen story starts, but Ghetto Karen is probably too stupid to get away with it and it will only work temporarily, plus she's not going to like the smell of 100 rotting pigs. With the insurance money, I would build 2 pig house and 1 chicken house and invest in a wireless security camera. Karens never win against farmers as this young Karen is learning now about consequences.
@@vernonharden Yes goats stink, but nothing beats the perfume of pigs, unless he starts a skunk farm. From what I understand, skunks can be used to make expensive perfumes.
Well you have to remember OP is only going to make themselves look good, plus 9PM for farmers is time for bed, while yes I agree it sounds like they went from 0-100 too fast, we don’t know how honest OP is.
@@blueykangaroo it was more than that. She also ran her mouth and wouldn’t apologize after more than one incident. The rap music had to be pretty loud around 9pm for it to reach the neighbors. It was obviously done to harass them. She asked for it, she got it. I also blame her parents. Had our kid done that I’d have dragged them to the neighbors to apologize. That’s what happened when we were kids. Her CV parents even without her should’ve gone to the neighbors to apologize. There’s likely more to the story too.
@@CharlesMartel-bd5du youd be a shitty parent i hope you never have kids. listening to music loudly is hardly a reason and defnitely not something done to harass people, but to build a barn then bring in a 100 pigs just to try and force a family out supposedly over those few small things is definitely him just being petty and being an asshole, and no one goes around playing music loudly intentionally for no reason to bother neighbors over something like their farm animals going over property lines, so i dont wanna hear some stupid excuse about that being the reason why it happened.
@@CharlesMartel-bd5du, from another comment apparently there was a good bit more. Apparently the story was reposted after being deleted, and many details were left out. That was stated in another comment. It sounds like you grew up in a different era liked as I did. I grew up in the 1960s and came to full adulthood in 1970s. I'm part of what's of what's referred to Generation Jones.
@@CharlesMartel-bd5du He could have been the adult in the room and dealt with it like one. This is just a pathetic overreaction. I use to have to get up at 5am for my job, we have people that have lives around us, were load late into the night and you know what? I didn't build a pig farm, or burn their house down. I did talk to them at first, call the police a few times (once the quiet time was reached.) We finally worked things out. Just because you can do a thing doesn't mean you should, people need to grow the F up, and I don't just mean the teen.
"My first thought was to call the police..."
Yes. If she's brazen enough to walk into your garage and just take your car, there's no reasoning with her.
I agree. With karens, calling the cops is the ONLY option.
Don't call the police, call a friend with a excavator,
Now sue the junkyard who trespassed into your yard and smashed a brand new vehicle.
I agree they are at fault as well. They did not verify any details just taking the word of that woman. They also trespassed, stole your your vehicle but also crushed it without verifying that anything was wrong with it and didn't even wait to crush it. Something is wrong with that junkyard
Frankly, I would ensure the Junkyard owner is forced to buy me another 911. this time with MORE extras.
And in what universe did Karen think she would get away with stealing his car... unbelievable..
That would be in her own universe, the universe of Karen
@@lincolnstarsfan2106 Also a universe where cops can't just run plates to see the registration.
Probably California. Or a Californian enclave like san Antonio Tx
Idk how someone could ever think they could just break into someones garage, steal their car. Park it in their driveway, and somehow think they can gaslight OP into just not wanting his car back.
Because she's entitled and has probably never been told "no" in her entire life, so she thinks rules don't apply to her
But cars are registered!! She didn't even hide the plates!!
The RV story is a fun fantasy. Scrapyard basically trespassing, stealing, destroying and OP like “not their fault” 😂
Exactly. Pretty much every jurisdiction has rules that prevent this kind of abuse. If real, op would own the junkyard.
What exactly was going through this Karen's head that made her think she could get away with stealing a car from another person's garage, and have it parked in her own driveway? She is nuts!
Just the air that's whistling through her ears.
Stolen RV: Karen was operating in the HOA's name so I would have sued them for the harassment and mental trauma she inflicted in their name and on their behalf. AND, because I am a petty bastard I would have pressed charges on the tow company for destruction of property, grand theft and trespassing.
This neighbour is a bully. This lady think taking op car because driving the car is her. Even she got caught on security camera.
Her lies about the car won't go far once the police investigate who the owner is.
I love that op drives by the prison when feeling petty Lol sounds like me.
Oh my. City slickers coming out to the country and upsetting the locals. Yeah that never works out for the city folk. 😂😂😂😂😂
Just wait until those city slickers start an HOA as revenge.
@@thieupham493, and one that would backfire spectacularly.
The RV story, why didn't the junkyard research the VIN number? Why didn't the tow company research the VIN number, and address they were picking up at? A good lawyer could have a field day with all of them, especially the Karen. SMH 🤦♀️

I suspect the "Tow the RV" story was entirely fictional.
Did you miss out 90% of the story, because as it is it's a whole load of nothing happened.
Sorry not replying soon RUclips comment notification is not great. I did forget to fill in details my worker is a case worker for adult help because I have ADHD and assburgers this was in 2019 and for the last for I forgot to type moved on and didn't see her again
What some of these Karens need to learn is that "Finders Keepers" is considered a crime in the real world.
Get pictures and videos of the trespassing vehicle as evidence.
Absolutely wild the cops didn't just run the plates or check the vehicle VIN...
The second story, with neighbors like that, people don't want to help them in the long run. Not when all they do is call the police constantly over what isn't even less than petty. Which as much as I dislike guardianship/conservatorship/trusteeship, that couple sounds like they may need it.
Sometimes I wonder about people stealing cars how stupid they can be. The cops can literally run the license plate numbers and see who owns the car.
Story#1 call the cops first
Sorry but what the hell is wrong with the Porsche owner? Not calling the police? Please person!? Smarter not harder. I mean really the child. She stole your 100k car! She’d of been lucky to not be harmed by any other owner.

Happy Sunday Funday Everyone, I hope You are having a wonderful weekend,,😻😻😻⭐⭐⭐😹😹😹🥃🥃🥃
First story: OP…..how did you not have two sets of keys for a sports car??? More importantly: why did you not have the spare key in the house??
I own a high end car and I’ve never been that careless with keys. Do better!!
So...Karens these days think the schoolyard "finders keepers" gag is the law of the land?
It makes perfect sense to wear a face mask to protect yourself from nasty dust, I've done so myself many times. You will also see people wearing face masks in addition to safety glasses and a face shield while using a grinder.
😎👍
Big thumbs up for the channel.
The last story, whenever someone is wearing a respirator mask, there's always a good reason and people should stay clear of the area itself. Just stand back and watch what's being done, and the answer should be clear soon enough.
Great stories, Ripe.

So in her world the charge of grand theft auto doesn't exist.

There's one other possibility. The cow found a break in the fence, and went through it.
@ that is the second scenario. The fence being defective is where liability comes for the animal owners.
I had a friend back in the 80s who raised pigs. He said, "You know what that smell is? Money."
The Car and RV story those 2 were trolls complaining of the smallest things because they don't like, it's ridiculous. Always put themselves first interest of their own ego and power driven. Yet they keep forgetting though no human is above the law
First OP made the typical mistake. Always go to the police first.
Holy shit, that Karen stealing a Porsh is literally dilusional.
First story, wasn't me. Kevin, not Kyle. 😂
The chavette was lucky she didn't get the maximum time and a bit or very close to it.
don't feel bad with kyle. he got removed from that "mother". in the long run, that should be better for him.
The pig story: it’s nice to hear the other side of the story. You had posted a similar story from the farmers side.
Which the original was apparently deleted and we heard the repost, only toned down a good bit, so as to not appear as bad as they were.
For the farm story get an industrial sized fan and turn it towards the barn.
You're so dumb to think a fan keeps out that pervasive smell.

Story 1 - by her own logic, someone who entered her house would therefore automatically own it and be fully within their rights to kick her out.
Of course, those of us with the smallest shred of common sense know the world doesn't work that way.
First story - The mother was deranged.
Sorry, even if she took it to a scrap yard in brand new condition, they would not crush it without checking her claims that there were problems with it. Nobody would believe it was faulty if it looked brand new.
The farmer is such an AH. The daughter wasn't *nice* but she didn't do anything actually wrong. The farmer took things way too far
You only know the story from her perspective. I bet she left out some very important parts.

The farmer story feels like he was waiting to have a "reason" to do that, just because he doesn't like the attitude of the girl doesn't mean you should do this
Consequences
@@thieupham493 but why should the parents suffer for Their daughters, rude behavior. The daughter is going to move out very likely sometime soon because she is 18 so you are punishing the parents for no good reason.
she cut out a metric ton of her ah behavior in this reupload eg she was not just sitting quietly in her car listening to music she was speeding up and down the road at almost 11pm blasting the music she would go out and scream at the farmers to shut up and stop all that noise because she was sleeping in the morning and the original post was stupid farmers this and stupid farmers that and apparently she called them that to there faces so yes the farmer had a REASON to do it she had been warned to tone the attitude down by several neighbors for MONTHS including a few non farmers nearby her parents had been warned to pull her head in or they wouldn't like the consequences she refused to listen the farmer took a YEAR of her shite before the pig pen went up this story was put up over 2 years ago and came down in two months of going up because she was 100% voted the ah especially after the farmers got in the comments and set the story straight
Pig story - Surely there would have to be some guidelines when it affects your standard of living?
Yes there are, and the girl decided that riding around playing loud rap music between nine and to after eleven at night. I learned from other comments posted to other posts the girl wasn't nearly as innocent as she made herself out as being. Apparently there were many others in the community in general; wasn't enamored with her. The original story she told was deleted and replaced with the tamed down version Ripe read. Also apparently the farmer found out about her post on Reddit, and in the comments posted a rebuttal to her story.
@vernonharden Very interesting, as we tend to react to what information is provided.
That said, I was truly questioning the situation with the pigs.
FAFO with a Farmer and......OOOOOPPPPPSSSSSSSS!!!!!!
Her rap music probably has some sound advice on how to fix this.
City folk need to stay in the city. Farm smells and sounds are not that bad.

Hi Ripe 😎⭐😺, have a nice day y'all.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😎🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
@@nicolasjoly6948 oh definitely timing was quick I mean I know we can build quick but usually permits take weeks for approval so he had to start that right after talking to them the last time
@@nicolasjoly6948 not to mention it's right up against the property line. most areas agriculture or not is illegal to build so many feet near the property line. the fact the town did nothing makes me think he's buddy-buddy with-in the city's higher ups
@reaganbryant6520 Problem is she said it was right next to the property line, you can't legally put any building that close, there are laws about set back
Karen has the nerve stealing her neighbors Porsche and claims it was hers from day one. It’s grand theft onus breaking and entering into the garage. That is a federal crime against her. Plus no paperwork on hand for Karen. She had learn her lesson by going to jail.
Grand theft auto is not a federal crime in the U.S. It's a state level felony.
just how rich is people these days ? :D
There are a lot yes, but there those a friend referred to as ten cent millionaires. They act like they're millionaires, but don't have ten cents to their name.
Why the heck do so many people want to”solve between us” just call the dang police and quit with the passive crap.
🌟That farmer is the reason why farmers have a bad rep.
@@BrandonsGamingCorner nope.
@@CharlesMartel-bd5duthat farmer did overreact by building a pig barn so close to OP's house just because she rightfully stood her ground, honestly building a pig barn so close to someone else's property should count as crossing the property line even if the barn itself doesn't purely because of the stink it makes, not to mention deliberately building it so that it vents the stink at OP's house? I'm not one of those farmer hating idiots but this farmer deserves to be sued for what he did and lose
@keeganlafferty1395 If she's legitimately upset about the neighbors animals getting in her yard, she can plant wild onion and garlic.
However, with the severe issues lately of pig poo spreading salmonella, she shouldn't eat anything grown in her yard or the neighbor's.
@@keeganlafferty1395, apparently this was a repost that Ripe read, after the original was deleted. The original had details that were removed. and apparently she wasn't nearly as innocent as she made herself out to be. The few details though left in tells a different story, that she was at the root of the problem. Which from the sound of things, she expected the farmer to adapt to her ways.
There is no way a farmer would go through all the expense of putting in pig facilities for a little loud noise and dirty looks. It's a big expense and a lot of work. The girl downplayed her actions.
I'd sooner listen to heavy machinery for hours than rap "music" anyday.
That said, the neighbors went way too far and would be regretting it.
That loud rap was played well after nine and closer to or after eleven at night. The fights weren't with just the farmers kids but with other kids. That came out from some other comments left by a couple of others who saw the original deleted story, and not the revised reposted version that Ripe read.
with the pig farmer i would got a PA system played Rock rap or whatever from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. at level 10 everyday where he would never get a day a peace and quiet
Commercial agriculture can be defined as farming that focuses on producing agricultural products for sale in the market rather than solely for subsistence purposes.
Except it's not a "residential area".
OP's parents' house is in an agricultural zone.
@@Fete_Fatale with commercial Farms There are rules where you can build stuff near residential homes 75 to 200 pigs is more than a family's consumption
You must be a moron as the music won't bother the pigs and playing it at any level that can reach their house is going to drive her parents nuts well before then. Do you also understand the amount of electricity it would take to power a sound system powerful enough to broadcast at that distance?
@@THEDON3400 they literally moved into an agricultural area she admitted in the original post how much of an ah she was she was warned as were her parents to pull her head in
she was NOT sitting quietly in her car listening to music at 9pm she constantly drove her car up and down the street between 9pm to 11pm blasting her rap from day one she was screaming at the farmers to shut up there noise because she was trying to sleep early in the morning etc etc they put up with her attitude for a YEAR
and how do i know this because i read the original post over 2 years ago including the comments from her neighbors which told the whole story well almost the whole story still dont know if the parents are still living there because after being voted the ah she deleted the post an now apparently we have this sanitized version where oh poor her she's the victim of the mean farmers and she was so nice
@@TheTynell1 Quiet hours laws, also known as noise ordinances, vary by location and are intended to maintain public peace and quiet. These laws typically prohibit excessive, unnecessary, or unreasonable noise during certain hours in general from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
As far as the story with the daughter and farmer goes... Look I am sorry but if you move into a farming comunity and then complain about them starting work early thats completely on you. Its a completely different mentality compared to big cities and either you conform or get ousted. Simple as that.
Hi all 👋👋
Yaya!
20:34 maybe the judge listens to this channel and also hates HOAs.
@@vernonharden ah, that makes sense i thought we were missing info. thanks for confirming
So OP had a black Porsche, Why was the Porsche in the teaser is YELLOW ???
Mwow never been this early

💫🌟⭐️✨. I don’t like that you don’t show the words to the last story. I am mostly deaf and need to read them.
Try turning on the closed captioning (cc) option on the videos for the last story. It works very well for this channel.
I have trouble processing and agree with this comment. I can’t handle double captions, and I shouldn’t have to turn the captions off and on every video.
@@paul16451That is the way 👍🏻
Second story: you are the a-hole. Don’t bring your city attitude to a farming community. Farmers don’t care how you did it in the city. Farmers will win in the end as you found out. :)
That farmer is at fault for being a ass to get the Pigs
Farmer (pig barn) story: Real shame how the barn and house burned to the ground while everyone was sleeping.. real shame.
@@thieupham493, you missed the goat barn. Those can get pretty rank smelling by my understanding.
@@vernonharden Yes goats stink, but nothing beats the perfume of pigs, unless he starts a skunk farm. From what I understand, skunks can be used to make expensive perfumes.
The farmer is a asshole he tried to force op out over her frowning at him the farmers fragile feelings got hurt over a facial expression
