When there's prolonged rain find a bar opposite or aside a good massage shop and have several beers, then get a massage and get another several beers. It appears that the 'Tin cup' café is open for business again? About 14+ years ago it was the best value eatery in the whole of Pattaya. With prices starting at 30 baht and that was when it was 58 baht to the GB£!

Could easily be last Thursday 14 Nov where we had a big storm or yesterday 17 Nov where another big storm came through and dumped a lot of rain.
