- The 2012 Gsxr 1000 has made it back to the channel it has been 5 months since I have posted about this bike but I was waiting on the chrome teal fairings to come in and they are finally here and now it’s time to get to working on rebuilding this bike again.

Bought at 7000 miles,
Now close to 32,000 miles.
Collided with a deer about a month ago, 🤣
Front mainstay/headlight assembly & entire right side were shredded.
I stripped it naked,
Street fighter look and back on the road by the next day.
Used eBay to get it back to normal,
Still riding every day.
Dyno tuned / flashed and remapped the ECU before putting fairing back on.
Ended with 124.0 HP -
-1 front sprocket, stock rear.
It still rips 😁

@@builtfromthebottom lets just hope u don't blind a cop with that mirror lol wonder if thats a violation or if theres even a law for reflecctive fairings or wrap? Have to look into that out here in cali. I know reflective windscreen here you can get cited for so im guessing fairing too. Hope florida dont have that law too.

There is really not much maintenance normally just fix anything if it breaks
Worked at a Harley dealer, they had a chromed bike. That was like a boomerang, it kept coming back. The chrome tank threw blinding reflections...under and over shades, and sitting at a light was like an ant under a magnifying glass!! They didn't mind,it was a good earner! But this isn't true chrome....!?!

If not, please DM me the price for those fairings, I want to get a custom set like that someday down the road and wanna know what they cost roughly. Unless it’s like secret info, in that case it’s all good. Prob the sickest fairings I’ve ever seen honestly.

I would sell that bike it’s a 2013 with 9k miles on it, has the 2017-2018 fairings on it. It is however a rebuilt title but that bike is 100% dailed I have put about 700

You can get the chrome to matxh on plastic or metal. If youd like it done contact @paint_werx. They can even paint a helmet to match.
