Thanks for the fun content, but I just couldn't keep listening to the tone of the Daily Double. When it's played so often, it's jarring, like an 80s alarm clock in a video game. Did anyone have that problem?
These are not memorable. The one I remember is from a 'Kid's Tournament'. One boy dominated the game including finding all three Daily Doubles. He bet it all every time. The third time he had over $30,000. They cut over to his parents in the audience. I thought they were going to have a heart attack. Alex mentioned that as well. Luckily, the kid got it right. I don't remember what happened in final. I'd guess this episode was from the 1990s, maybe even the 1980s.
Most Memorable? Just a list of random 30 Daily Doubles
Yes, I was rather perplexed that most of these were viewed as 'memorable', particularly those that were answered incorrectly !?
You're wrong, these DDs had viewers on the edge of their seats.
It's actually 29 because one of them is in here twice, sew nice.
Can we get another compilation? Bcos I was expecting the all in big bets like Roger Craig, James, Andrew He
21/30 correct, however, I only got the "Ludite" question right the second time it was up there. 😅
hahahahahaha
I am so happy to see Ken Jennings carrying on Alex’s legacy.
He is like the perfect successor. Alex would have chose him himself .
@matthewschwartz6607 wrong again!! Alex wanted either Laura Coates or Alex Faust or even both to replace him!!

RIP ALEX TREBEK 1940-2020
8:45 Ken got it wrong. It's "Awakenings" not "Awakening".
16:29 would be a question Alex would ask in the interview segment.
Yes another complaintion of big daily double wagers and maybe easy final jeopardies.
James Holzhauer's "What is Chad?" from The Greatest Of All Time would've been there.
8:44 Awakenings, plural.
Is it my imagination, or did i hear the "Luddites" answer twice here?
I can’t believe that I got Nora Ephron mixed up with Penny Marshall.

Read for context
what do you expect when the video is a montage of DDs.
Where's Philip Tiu's $19,000 Daily Double? And James $25,000 Daily Double?

I never realized how much I hated the sound of Daily Double 😣
go watch wheel.
Rest in peace Alex. He would be so proud of Ken's stewardship of Jeopardy as a cultural institution.
What makes these the "most memorable" daily doubles? One was apparently so "memorable" that you put the clip in twice...
you need to stop with the sudden cutaways, man
