Love this kind of Jubilee / Cut Video concepts but in a local context. but maybe instead of Red and Green we can do the SA/A/D/SD or a scale of 1-5 ? cos whatever issue you are debating would have nuances and life is not black and white. just a suggestion but still happy to see videos from this channel! keep it up!

Imo , certain jobs like management and hr .. experience is King . But for professionals formal education is essential which no amount of experience can override . For example for a general practitioner medical doctor, wants to be endocrinologist he must go through years of formal education and then practice constantly at said specialty.

so many false points tho. Saying that studies is just acquiring knowledge and that it isn't relevant is so untrue. Someone with just a primary school education can have lots of knowledge, but due to the fact that he doesn't have the paper qualifications, majority would be doubtful and be unwilling give him/her the opportunity. In a way, it sorts of restricts the person from proving/showing the knowledge that they have
