25 years later and this is still one of my favorite pieces of music of all time, in any genre (and I listen to pretty much anything that is music). I never get sick of this or Planisphere's "Deep Blue Dream". Kind of amazing how they've held up for me.

You can cope, learn what can lead to it and how to mitigate it. My circle of wellness is medication, dbsa group meetings, friends, psychiatric apts, exercise, faith and God(He is real). I have been where you are, teetering at a moment away from death..I had to lose almost everything to be truely found. I know because I have what you have but also bipolar and borderline.
