  • A fix to the Roomba corner brush falling off, just add a shim. This works for the Roomba i7, but likely others that share the same corner brush.

Thank you for what looks like an easy fix, as an older (80) woman, I know that I can do this.

I need to revisit this problem on my 595. With the brush off, I try to turn the spindle and it seems like it should work. Then install an the brush starts to turn but soon stops.
The replacement brush seems much bigger than the original so I'm thinking of trimming it.

Thank you - I came looking because mine is doing the same - it's so frustrating until it falls out again I put some hot glue in it and screwed it back in - I only burnt my finger twice haha

You're welcome. The blue tape has held up very well.

Is this what causes the really loud noise?

I'm not sure the noise you're talking about. The larger hole causes the corner brush to rotate and fall off.
