The best thing about Elegant Weapons is that Richie spent so much time with Glenn that, he's his succesor. Full stop. I'm not comparing them, I love and respect both of them, but no one plays solos like Richie does, I'm sorry, he's just pure evil dude, gotta love him.
Awesome! Elegant Weapons has that classic late 80s early 90s sound i thought no band could achieve anymore. Fantastic musicianship, great singer and killer songs. Thank you Elegant Weapons and keep on rockin´!

I'm going to give this a big thumbs up. Faulkner of course is like a ... ridiculously powerful Ferrari on guitar, and the rest of the band is faultless. Great song. The deeper I look at it musically, the better it is.

this is the first album i actually went back and played it again immediately after hearing it for the first time, haven't done that in about 25 years. Awesome music.

I saw richie play for Lauren harris in 2008 with iron maiden. Fast forward to 2018 saw judas priest and instantly recognized him. Been a huge fan ever since.
The riffs are so Dio -esque 🤘 awesome band, awesome song 👌

I have seem them this weekend at Graspop Metal Meeting #GMM23 and these guys where awesome. I knew them due to my spotify suggestions and knew I had to see them. It was only at the festival I discovered who the musicians of this band where. I think supergroups are important for musicians to innovate themselves and being inspired and motivated. Sometimes the recipe is magic as it is the case with Elegant weapons.
Finally, a new heavy band that doesn't sound like a thousand other bands with an actually good singer...
Well, they just sound like a hundred other hard rock/metal bands.

I’m still bitter about how they dangled Rex Brown and Scott Travis in front of our faces for months and then the week the record released they were like, “oh it’s these other guys instead 🤷🏻♂️”. I mean, fair enough, they were on the album, but still. Faulkner’s a beast tho.

As far as I'm aware it was Peter Friesen who suggested Ritchie to Priest, Friesen had played now and again with a Metal Covers band that Ritchie played with in Camden London, at the time Ritchie was with Steve Harris's daughters band and living in Steve harris's pool house, Ritchie sploke to Harris who told him he couldn't turn down Priest, and the rest as they say is history...
