I agree 100% with the comments about bundles, I use them religiously in my shulkers. Best example would be in your valuables box 1 bundle can house all your trim templates, upgrade templates and associated ancient debris, netherite scraps / ingots etc. I also like to use them for things like snow golems 40 snow blocks 20 pumpkins in one slot or is nice, or 12 banners and 16 armor stands in one bundle for my texture pack. My final example would be your redstone box. In my redstone box I use a couple bundles to house things I usually don't have or need a full stack of slime blocks / honey / sticks / leftover sticky pistons (I usually keep a stack of regular ones and make slimeballs from the blocks when I need the sticky variety), also activator or detector rails; which I usually have 3-5 random ones on hand.
😂 when you go to do one thing and end up having a sort out, instead of doing the main thing, but also in order to do the main thing...Minecraft very much imitates life
Good episode. Gives me a little peek at how others do enderchest. I myself can’t see me ever having what I’ll loosely call building blocks boxes (stone, wood, etc). I have a boxes for totems, rockets, travel, equipment (these 2 are tools and workstations and stuff I may need such as beds, beacon, end chests, food, tridents, and more, redstone box, tools (9 of each pickaxe, axe, and shovels all enchanted), emerald box(wallet since it’s my single player world), torches, potions. Always fun to get side tracked ha
Lol, everything is easier when the cupboards are organized. That's kind of how I feel about my ender chest. I enjoy getting to see how other people organize their ender chests and shulkers, the items they feel are important to always have on hand. It says a lot about how someone enjoys playing the game sometimes. Personally, I am loving the addition of the bundles, it's helped trim down some of my boxes a lot. Every one of them has at least one bundle to pick up all the odds and ends into one place. But in my tool box now I have a bundle that has one of every useable work station (a crafting bench, furnaces, smelters, smokers, looms, stone cutters, an enchanting station, etc). My potion box now has a couple bundles in it too, keeping all the ingredients and bits together so I have room to carry the made potions. I usually have the usual wood and stone and rocket boxes, but I also have a mining box where I'll store the silk touched ore blocks I haven't processed or put into actual storage. They are fun to build with some times. But my must have boxes that take forever are my dye and pattern boxes. I love making banners. I can and will spend ages crafting them and figuring out how best to display them, like museum art pieces.
Never thought I would see so much acacia in a world, it’s actually a nice block with the deep slate palette. I think your building has really improved! Keep up the great work!
I keep 5 empty shulkers in my enderchest (called backpack 1-5) and they are for anything I pick up (unless it’s something for a specific box) and then sort it all out back at base!
Yes, this! Everybody hates on bundles, but they're the absolute *_best_* for cleaning up all the "4 of this, 3 of that" wasting so many inventory slots when you don't have full stacks of them. I'm not sure if it's the same in Bedrock, but in Java you can nest empty bundles up to 16, so _they're_ not wasting tons of space either.
A bundle inside the shulker is great for those miscellaneous items you want but don’t need a full stack of… you can fit some much more inside the shulker!
I have a potion, totem, path blocks boxes. You could also do a potion brewing box as it make you more flexible. Water buckets, bottles and potion ingredients
Water Buckets can get costly with not stacking usually I carry Ice for that but I see where it could be useful for potions if I had a use for potions lol
I get distracted with simple tasks all the time myself so it's funny to see it happen to you as well! Organizing is a good task to get get distracted with though. Your ender chest is really coming along well. I don't optimize my ender chests usually, I tend to have 5-8 shulkers with valuables and useful items and then the rest of the space is used for things I want to have easy access to or just random stuff/empty shulkers.
Bed Furnace Fuel Workstation's Iava Watersource Spare buckets Leashes A few torches Enchantment table Bookshelfs a Boat or two a few nametags Flint and steel Saddle Armorstand/banner (Foxys Markerpack)
I don't have shulker boxes yet so can't get into specifics, but one thing I think I'd want is a First Aid box - not just healing and totems, but useful potions too :)
I'd normally have a few potion boxes as i use them often. Mostly night vision with some fire resistance and water breathing but also weakness for curing villagers and some splash heal potions if anything gets hurt. I've found keeping some XP bottles in my ender chest handy for repairing stuff without having to go to my guardian farm. Also a spare elytra, tools, armour, recovery compass etc will be good but this will probably be further in the playthrough Funnily enough I also have a lava bucket box that I added when I made a blaze farm but am still debating keeping it lol. Haven't needed it yet but as soon as I get rid of it I will. Also may want some honeycomb for locking the signs in your ender chest so may be a good idea for a future farm
I always name my shulker boxes , less thinking. Red for redstone black is my tool box all my extra tools that don’t stay in my hot bar. Then I keep a lunch box potion box and rocket box
Love this series Slack! But I'm 12 minutes in and I just don't wanna watch someone organize their purse. This episode is boring to me. I'll catch the next one though!

It can take you down rabbit holes before you know it!

It looks great with terracotta too
Haven't thought of using terracotta's yet but could see it going good together
@ and prismarine bricks

Episode 38: Slack has a nervous breakdown lol
Details
Always important to sort out your ender chest!
Very
Don't forget about Bundles for all of the random items in Shulker boxes.. and I like to carry a potion box

Will try to remember that
Backup gear shulker
Need to get that sorted for sure!
@SlackLizard i never leave home with out one. I tend to not pay attention to durability. Easy to ignore on console hahahaha
Dont forget about bundles, you can cram so much more into those shulkers with bundles now
A bundle inside the shulker is great for those miscellaneous items you want but don’t need a full stack of… you can fit some much more inside the shulker!
awwww yeah time for a slack video on my bday
Love the series man
Thanks
Squirrel, love it 😂 ❤
What I do best
Can't wait for my 0% fail tree XD
You will get it in time
I have a potion, totem, path blocks boxes. You could also do a potion brewing box as it make you more flexible. Water buckets, bottles and potion ingredients

Yeah, I tend to go through phases of organization like every other player. Sometimes I get sucked into it and other times I just let it all go
heyo thanks for the heart slack. really appreciate it
For me, the "Pocketbase" box is a very important one. It contains everything I consider a very basic base should have.
What items does this consist of?
Bed
Furnace
Fuel
Workstation's
Iava
Watersource
Spare buckets
Leashes
A few torches
Enchantment table
Bookshelfs
a Boat or two
a few nametags
Flint and steel
Saddle
Armorstand/banner (Foxys Markerpack)
I don't have shulker boxes yet so can't get into specifics, but one thing I think I'd want is a First Aid box - not just healing and totems, but useful potions too :)
I always struggle finding uses for potions honestly

Lava is a hit or miss thing isn't it. Carry it for ages and never need it then boom you need tons of it
I always name my shulker boxes , less thinking. Red for redstone black is my tool box all my extra tools that don’t stay in my hot bar. Then I keep a lunch box potion box and rocket box
Sometimes I name them sometimes I don't
super!
Glad you think so!
Caught it early!!
Perhaps a dedicated wood box?
Got one, unless you mean for each type
@SlackLizard Nah, no need for each type, just one box with the wood bits is all you'll ever need
U need more ender chests
Early doors. Hya slack!
Alpacas or el pack a lamas? :D
Was a few of them there
One simple thing a toolbox
Solo Tool Box or Tool / Armor Box?
@SlackLizard just toolbox so when I have a long material gathering I don't have to stop
!tree
6% Chance
yoo early gang
