I've got a whole roll of 1968 in close to uncirculated condition, lettering on the back looks wide or stretched for lack of better words, but what stands out to me is deep stamp of head and eagle also a " halo" around the center stamping.
Just wanted to say awesome video. Strait to the point, 99% of the other coin videos guys are rambling on showing off their coin knowledge.

Thanks for the video I have been searching for a year about 8-10 boxes of quarters in NY only had about 30 from Denver and just found the DDR!! I think it’s an Extra fine. What will value be and should I get it graded?
That's awesome, Jared! I believe I discussed towards the end of the video, but NGC estimates the value at $500. If you're positive if it's the DDR I'd probably get it graded!
Treasure Town thanks again for the info this must be a very rare coin! I saw PCGS only had 7 graded on the app.(Could be wrong) Mine actually looks like it might get more like a 25-30 but maybe still grade it and hopefully it gets I higher grade? Or maybe keep it and try to sell it raw sometime? Haven’t seen any listings on eBay at all.
@@thedjjred If you have it I bet there will be buyers. The only problem would be if it's misdiagnosed in which case you could lose money by paying for grading and it coming back as a regular quarter.
Treasure Town I’m sure it’s the DDR I’ve been searching for doubling for over a year and when I saw this there was no question. I definitely have the FS 801-DDR. I’m super excited and am thinking about holding on to it for now. Then grade a bunch of coins at once hopefully at a cheaper price.
I know it’s over priced so I don’t sell it but I posted on eBay to see what kind of offers I get. Here is the link if you would like to see some pictures it’s pretty circulated so I wonder how much value it holds. I was told by Mantic Coins that it was too circulated that it would come back details... what do you think? Grade it? Or keep it raw?

I think I found one of the quarters 68d is there a way you could let me take a picture of it and shoot it to you and you tell me if it's 1 or not the eighth looks real similar to the one that I just seen in quarter dollar on the back

If you can take photos of the error you're probably able to sell on ebay. If you're positive that you have the error, authentication wouldn't be a bad idea!

I have a 1968 Denver Quarter the the A and the M are touching on America. The patina is almost copperish I've never seen one like this. Can you help me find out if this is a rare coin?

They are indeed hard to find. I found three nice ones but only after searching through lots of quarter rolls (over 10). By comparison here's the ratio I have to other 1960's Copper/Nickel Clad quarters. 1965: 21 to 3: 1966: 10 : 3 1967: 14 : 3 1969: 1 : 3. I suspect they are getting increasingly harder to find.
