@@assortedmountainlife Awesome, I'll follow you. We were there last week from the 6th through the 10th. We all said we will be back...mostly because we didn't get to make it to the top of Logan Pass because of the snow plow situation. I'm going to keep an eye on some of the routes you ride so as to make plans for next year.
@@TheBlindCyclist Sorry about the conditions! I'm not sure if I recommended that time or not for you, but I had no idea it would be this cold and wet this far into spring. I'm kinda bummed myself that I haven't had a chance to ride much of the Going to the Sun Road. Between the weather and park ranger rules this year it's been a bad year for riding.
@@assortedmountainlife oh, no not your fault at all. I had done a ton of research and planning last year and I booked those dates based on all of the information I had found, but unfortunately the weather had a different plan this year. My girlfriend and I went and we had another couple join us. All four of us said we will be back. We really want to be able to ride all the way to St. Mary and back, and ideally without traffic, but that's almost impossible to plan since we don't live nearby and we have no clue what the weather will be like next June before the road is open to traffic...so I think we're just going to have to plan on July and with traffic.
@@assortedmountainlife oh I'm glad you mentioned that. I'm curious about that...do they mean we would have to be to Logan Pass by 11, or are we good to be between Logan Creek and Logan Pass as long as we made it past Logan Creek by 11?...
Hungry Horse Dam saved the Flathead Valley this time.
My home area! Very shocking!

@@TheBlindCyclist July will work, you'll just have to make it up the pass on the west side before 11am.
