      The duality of the Destiny player-base. One side says get rid of AE completely. The other side says that tying a small tier boost to an unused stat would be busted.

    Also just a me personally thing with pvp is the fact that the conditional freeze goes through the reflect of arc staff and IM PISSED

    When it comes to mobility stat I think if we want to make it a more monetary stat is if your sprint speed/jump hight/slide distance/acceleration is affected by the mobility stat. This will make ppl consider what lvl of mobility is best suited for their build or situation.

    Good points I think the best way to fix the bubble well issue in trials is just stop all supers in trials only trials though, it would free up all your stat points too stuff interlect and put the points wherever you want, as for the overshield barrier’s just take over shields away and from warlock rifts too. I know most players say oh it’s only 50 health points but with equal players it’s a free win, it’s too good. Get rid of them then they wouldn’t have to keep nerfing all the abilities just trying to make them more balanced they’re never gonna be, ditch them

    I think steady hand w precision instrument and slideshot would force a lot of players off of conditional and towards using different weapons. I would also like to see 140s becoming more prevalent in the meta since they are easily outclassed by 120s at the moment. One other big change that I would like to see is dares of eternity focusing, as it is merely impossible to get a roll that you want from dares right now. I think the mobility stat AE idea is great however I would also like to see titan barricades overall health get nuked, it should not take as long as it does to break a barricade right now since by the time the barricade is broken it practically acts as a rift in a sense that you already got all of your health back.

    I feel like snap skating (which you can do on shade binder as well btw) should take up a little melee charge like shoulder charge I've moved recently and been running into alot of skatelocks who are just so fast there is no reason to play hunter as they're always going to be faster than you and unlike titans not as many ways to slow them down

    Mobility certainly needs a buff. Right now as a warlock or titan you are rewarded for the less you invest into the mobility stat via movement mastery(such as skating). This seems ass backwards, it would be like if the less you invested in discipline the shorter it made your grenade cool down. & like you said we still have no way to build into the AE stat.

    I mean at this stage hunter usage in PvP of hunters is more or less double titan and warlock, further nerfs increase the gap, how far do you think bungie will go? 60% hunter playrate? 70%? Like first 3 years?

    Id say instead of AE for mobility, why not give it additional gun handling(thinking of a universal dexterity mod across all guns at 10 mobility).

    AE bump for mobility would be huge for hunters and make the stat not as useless as it is now while keeping it more or less competitive with res and recov. Great suggestion!

    Loving this style of video!
    Mobility still a problem stat with little benefit after all these years is funny to me lol.
    I wonder if instead of ae it’d be broken if hunters got almost pseudo stompees or not on mobility. Like increased jump, slide, sprint, as well as the strafe speed it gives now. Might have to rework stompees if that’s the case or if they synergize too much, but I’d take mobility finally being useful over stompees having insane usage rate still. Would love to hear your thoughts if that’d help or if it’d be too much

    Maybe to help a little bit, lightweight weapons could offer 30 mobility instead of 20, & be more influential in strafe speed. So maybe increase the max strafe speed a little bit

      that would help but isnt the issue 15s of overshield for the entire team? probably should either nerf the os it provides to team mates or make it an aspect/exotic so void titans deliberately choose to be more supportive and theres some cost/benefit

    I would just make it so you can’t put wells or bubbles on capture points just like how you can’t place streaks like a turret in some places in cod just straight up say you cannot place that here or invalid placement or whatever. Having suppers that can capture zones in game modes about capturing zones is just straight up silly, but that would fix it cause you could just wait for the suppers to end then as long as they can’t capture the zone with it.

    Iv always thought you shouldn’t take damage if you run through an enemy titan shield that way there less oppressive I feel. Atleast you can be aggressive if needed

    For PvP I 100% agree w these issues, I don’t think they’re necessarily the top issues but they’re close.

    As a somewhat lower end player, these issues do seem to be magnified more in the top end and specifically in trials. For bubble, I agree that we should have more options to be able to kill players inside with like an aggressive or precision frame shotgun instead of just conditional. Wells on the other hand are much harder to combat in my opinion. I think if the recovery is reduced from being literally instantaneous inside well then maybe it would be easier to teamshot players out of it. Maybe also increase the hit box of the sword to destroy it. Alternatively, I’d like to see rotating trials weekends of dominion and elimination. Removing the forced zone would reduce the amount of defensive supers at least for that weekend.

      Well and Bubble have such high usage in Trials specifically because of Dominion. Imo Dominion has made Trials a lot worse for a lot of reasons. I believe Trials should be moved back to an elimination game mode permanently

    Personally, I think hunters have the most "get out of jail free" cards. Strand clones, dodge, double jump w/ stompees are all too easy to execute for the value they give in terms of getting out of sticky situations. Also feel it has been exacerbated by the HP changes. I find that I leave hunters on 1hp more often than any other class. Only thing similar to this is snap-skating solar warlocks.
    That being said, there is no way to easily balance these issues. As for titans, void is now really the only viable class, maybe high-level strikers can manage. I'm just tired of the titan PvP identity being so one dimensional, OS into peek shooting w/ 120 or AR/SMG ape.

    As someone who plays on a controller, and mixes between PC and console, I think the strafe speed benefits are way more noticeable against controller players. It’s one of the reasons PK’s were so powerful (along with the other many benefits it gave ofc) was because it was super out of band for how fast you could strafe and just easily out maneuver normal controller players. It’s only when you’d breach really high skill brackets where the benefits of it fell off a bit.

      Yeh because the only way to counter that was to correct your aim by strafing aswell.
      I've consciously started forcing myself to strafe more this season and i win way more fights cause i realised i was aiming well but not moving enough.
      With the new deadzones tho controller can keep up tbh, you got much finer aim now at 0.2 deadzones.

    I think it was Chris Proctor who said in a firing range podcast that they do not want to give AE bonus for mobility tiers because that "would be op on hunters".
    That along with the idea that Stompees need a trade off (while neither Transversives nor Dunemarchers have a trade off) makes me wonder which year they're stuck in.
    All these arguments sound like back from 30fps console meta on 10 sens controller with 10m pellet shotty range. They really need to get off this hunter jump op bs while titans are apparently "balanced" in their opinion.

    Even with res and recov being bis people still run high mobi. Similar to the wep zoom change maybe they could decouple core stats from ability cds. Also, has Bungie said hunters are exclusively the movement class or is that just public cope? Both locks and titan have way better movement tech (not counting snap canceling that shouldnt be a thing) so I never understood people forcing the movement class idea on hunter. Id love a huge overhaul for all the outliers of pvp. e.g., well bubble nerf, OS and insta gib abilities on all class nerf, no free wallhacks, actually less special ammo this time, and hunter clone nerf.

    I think instead of a nerf to titan shield they should nuke the health of the shield instead. Theyve tried extented the time on them before and it didnt really move the needle. But if u could just shred the shield instead of having to waste all ur ammo killing it, it would be perfect.

    Make bubble and well have longer cooldowns. Yes they cant get a kill by themselves but they win trials rounds just by running to the objective and pressing F. It needs at least another minute or 2 on their cooldown in PvP at least

    +5 handling every tier of mobility, maybe even slide distance. I know bungie doesn't want to tie sprint speed to it, but there are numerous ways to make mobility useful.
    even statically, mobility gives you less benefits than the other two. I mean resilience is just juiced for no reason.

    No more damage from enemy titan shields. Warlock rifts don’t, hunter dodge doesn’t, would make it a lot easier to play around and give you the ability to push players off there own shields. 100% agree on the mobility issues. Maybe actually tie movement speeds to mobility a little more? Just enough for it to be a factor but nothing crazy.? It’s a hard issue to solve. Already feel faster on my Titan and warlock with less than 20 mobility than my 100 mobility hunter.

    Simple.
    - put hardware mode as a permanent option on 6v6 , comp and rumble. (they said that mode is just weapons and your skill , no super/abilities)
    - remove countdown from pvp
    - modes like mayhem/scorch permanent , just for enjoy and have fun on PVP to take off the stress and playing sweat and frustrate sometimes.
    - remove or lock suspend and freeze from stasis/strand on pvp.

    yeah im not a fan of the sanbox right now, it seems like every one in two players is playing with either the conditional finality, the summoner, the igneous hammer, or a combo of those. Shits cancer

    The way people nerf things in this game is just increase the cooldown by 2 minutes like that’s not fixing it it’s just making it completely irrelevant 😂and forcing people to play a certain class or character sounds terrible tbh just balance it maybe if you have 3 of one subclass maybe the orbs you generate from your super doesn’t give you as much super energy as it should something like that maybe

    Side note but someone help me. I’m tryna get the best PvP fusion rifle I can find. Drop some weapon + roll recommendations. I’m using Pressurized Precision and Likely Suspect right now. Just got into fusions. Always used a shotgun until now but I’m tired being one of the meta peasants. No Auto, SMG or SGs around this man

      I really like my Epicurean with smallbore, projection fuse and rangefinder. This thing just clicks for me. You can use surplus in the column 3 if you want a little bit more handling but i still prefer snapshot for the ADS scalar. You can get it from Duality dungeon by either farming the first encounter or Caiatl.

      Supers were given a tier system either different CDs because of their prevalence in Trials. All supers used to have the same cool down

    They really need to work on the respawns in 6s as well. I’m so fucking tired of the same super killing me 3 times while I can’t move in a respawn animation, and continuing to spawn next to the guy while he is still in super. Boggles my mind.

    For me I need them to address the connection system and anti cheat with hardware bans to fix the game. Connection in Australia match China etc and boy is it laggy even on gigabit private fibre like I'm on.

    barricades have been around forever and wasnt until zone trials that its now a pain, anything where theres a bunker down mechanic barricades are built for it. mobility is important for breaking AA, dunemarchers, t-steps, and PKs negate the need for that but i can see there neededing more, i do like the AE idea, that would be sick. xim needs to go.

    I think the reason why game companies don't ban people immediately is becuase it shows the person whos cheating what works and what doesn't.
    Lets say one day they do one thing and they get banned... They don't do that anymore.
    But let's say another day they do a different thing and dont get banned, that thing works and they stick with it.
    BUT if they get banned a month later then they have no idea which of the two got them banned.

    I think bungie knows about the issue with hunters. That's why their ability cool down for their dodge is much faster than any other class. That way you dont have to invest heavily in mobility. If they add something to mobility like resilience and recovery they might just have to raise the ability cooldown to match the other classes.

    I completely agree with all of your points. I hate being forced into well, bubble, or conditional because that's the meta. However, I don't necessarily want them to be nerfed, but I'd rather have something else buffed to combat them. Titans are absolutely the meta at the high-end too. When I see two bubble titans on my team and I'm playing well, I'm pretty damn confident we're going to take the match. I've also been saying for years that mobility is completely worthless on other classes and it's unfair towards Hunters to be forced to spec into a stat that the other classes can outright ignore. I think tying it to AE could actually be a really good idea.

      @@MrMultiPlatform I'm guessing you're referring to the first part. Sure. Double primary is a lot more viable and I think that's a good thing. But good luck breaking through a well or bubble with your jade rabbit or summoner if the match goes the distance.

    For me AE is even more of a throwaway stat than mobility, even at 100 it still feels awful on most weapons so I don't bother with it.

    As a STUBBORN hunter main I 99999% agree with something tied to getting more mobility. AE is something I never thought about but sounds ok….Im more in the boat of mobility should be tied to sprint speed and slide and jump. Ik its already tied to jump height but lets give it more of a kick ya know? Cuz then at least if titans and warlock still valuse resil then at LEAST a hunter can sprint and little a little bit faster and slide and jump even higher than right now. I mean its in the name MOBILITY like hello?!? As in move faster 😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉 also at the end of the day if a titan or warlock with higher resil means u can tank an extra shot of my iggy then y cant I move faster to potentially “dodge” a shot with moving faster? Ive been thinking this for a LONG time now. Lets make it happen bungie. 🎉🎉

    Mobility can be valuable vs controller players for breaking reticle friction, but I don't think that's justifiable or universal enough to make mobility be useful

    Hey fizz, long time cheater landlord larry here. Im starting an acc that im not gonna cheat on, any tips for playing legit mnk? I will most likely get a xim cause i bought karambita config but idk yet. But yea so when i cheat i typically have a soft and a hard toggle so my movement is that of a 3.0. Not much room for improvement there but my aim is that of a 0.8-1.0. Any tips to improve aim besides just playing. Also how long do you think it will take for me to become an average 2.0? Also im still gonna cheat for paid carries, do you think that will impact my progress?

    im not gonna lie i would really like to see them outright remove class abilities from pvp. I absolutely cannot stand playing against rifts and shields, it just encourages passive play and disengaging from the fight as quickly as possible. doe anyone really like having warlock rifts and titan shields?

    Heavily disagree with the state of PVP.
    Still a lot of ability spam which feels like the old sandbox. Auto rifle spam which people just sit on the back of a map and lane, scatter nades, OS, healing rifts. PVP is better ( a little bit ) but still a LOT more bad than good.

    I believe most of the issues like Well, Bubble and Bastion stem not from the abilities themselves but by the core root of their systems
    For example, Well, objectively speaking, shouldn't even be in the game as a whole
    Easiest way to fix it in PvP and honestly PvE would be to outright remove it from the game; or heavily rework it so that the Warlock remains immobile and unable to do anything whilst Supering (like Zenyatta's ult in Overwatch)
    For the Bastion aspect, it needs to be reworked entirely; as a Titan main, I hate the idea of an OV on command, Defender/Sentinel was all about EARNING your OV; Bastion broke that Subclass identity by it giving it for free
    My fix would be to require a melee kill before casting your Barricade for it to grant the OV

    I actually like the idea of more than one person on your fireteam not being able to run the exact same subclass. At least in competitive modes like trials. That would make it so oversheild spam is much more bearable and people cant run 3 bubbles or 3 wells and loop them. The worst you could run into is one well and one bubble which would probably be the play tbh but its still better than what we have now.

      & what determines who runs what class? All that will lead to is players quitting or backing out till they get the class they want.

    A way to deal with bubble and well in competitive game modes would be to just give everyone their super at the beginning of the game set.

    I think titan barricades should be solid shouldnt be able to be padded through and shouldnt be able to manipulate aim assist by passing through it and its doing damage faster than chaos reach is kind of dumb so it should just do no manage to a player. Make the wall just a wall

    i respect your opinion about pvp being in a good spot, but 450 Autos, 120 HCs, and Titans in general are so unbelievably overtuned. Autos rn make 140s obsolete.

    We'd love mnk on console but no offence I hate cross play mnk shouldn't play controller and vice versa unless you switch a setting not just making the game forced to play cross platform. The trials is so much fun not having special abuse but still well and defender have very short regeneration which is a easy round win. Along with the fact of defender bubble maybe being open roofed allowing grenades and supers to be thrown into it.

    Bungie needs to not balance the game around 1% of players imo. Sorry not sorry. Bubble and well are only an issue because of the zone in trials, not a problem in literally any other part of the game. If anything they could lower the cooldown of shutdown supers to be in line with bubble and well or just remove the zone in trials.

    I’ve always thought super charge rate should be standardized with no stat building into it. Have the charge based on combat (kills and dmg taken). Then free up intellect for class abilities

      @@MrMultiPlatform it’s already like this, no? The stat just makes it faster overall by increasing passive recharge? Plus snowballing already happens in trials. Better team will always get their supers faster if both teams have equal intellect.

    I think mobility should increase melee hit box sizes in the air. This would benefit a lot of hunters since a lot of their melees are trajectory and would slow down ridiculous celestial fires being used to go over shields. This won’t affect titans much since I believe shoulder charge main used for mobility at the higher end of pvp, but I’d like to see a buff to peregrine greaves as well

    Mobility is under rated on controller, it helps a lot for pick shooting or leftright moves. On keyboard you have basically buttons that give 100% of their assigned function right when you push it, whereas on controller you have a ton of undesired progressiveness when moving the joystick from left to right for exemple. The difference is huge when you invest in mobility, the strafe speed boost helps a ton
