the 1 point fate thing also helping small fry like me who only use welkin. bcs i always had to skip weapons unless it's for DPS-es. I can finally pull Nahida's lamp or Kokomi's donut now.
It also gives more incentive to majority of players to pull. Like for me, I’m very reluctant to try because I might lose 2 times before I get the weapon, if I’m unlucky each attempt to the 5 star might take me 70 pulls….thats 210 pulls. So cutting the fate point to 1, is just like the character banner now, which I’m ok with since it’s the same for their other games now. Never understood how they decided on 2 fate points to begin with.

this happened because Dawei is now the director of Genshin
We can get the elixir from exploring and sacrificing levelled artifacts as well. You just get extra from battle pass as well

@@laineysays a lot of them were too busy either yapping or freaking out. It's pretty crazy too, because they didn't even think about how players would react if Hoyo paywalled something as significant as that 😂
I doubt they’ll make it too hard to get them, especially since they set a limit to how many you can craft of a certain set each period
6:22 well, technically they don't get discounts for gacha in genshin. Instead, every hoyo employees get certain amount of monthly subsidies for their gaming hobbies, meaning they can but don't have to use that money for pulling for hoyo's gacha.
