- Exploring 20 styles that I got from just single image with /describe feature in Midjourney, applying them to different subjects with Midjourney v5.1 and seeing what works and what does not.

I realized quite late that what was supposed to be a shorter video became one of my longest ones. Sorry about that. It was my first video that I have actually recorded the voiceover myself so I didn't know what to expect. Let me know what you think of the voiceover and if I should go back to AI voiceovers instead of this.
I am aware that the title before 11:35 is wrong and I forgot to record the voiceover for some parts of the video during the time I was able to do that. By the point I started editing the video, it was too late. I apologize for the mistakes and will try to do better in the future.

Definitely the previous, smooth as silk female voice!
As far as your voice goes, I honestly feel like making it more like you is cool since we get to hear something similar to you. But either way, man your informative content is gold and I've subscribed. Thanks so much for your time brother =)

I really like your voice (and I love your videos - thank you for your absolutely amazing content!). But I do prefer listening to your videos in the emulator as I watch them quite late and often fall to sleep with them on which is actually very soothing! So it's AI for me. But thank you again. 💗

*i have used many of your prompt suggestions in my own experimentation and they have proven to be excellent and enhance my images a great deal*
*i also have my own set of proprietary prompts that might seem unusual but do provide interesting results such as encaustic wax dimensional highlights, and crepuscular rays (those light beams seen breaking through storm clouds) and asperitas cloud formations (very rare but spectacular) lotus temple is also a good one and Will-o'-the-wisp works nicely for fairy related fantasy imagery or settings...*
I watch every of your videos because it is really nice stuff and I get inspired AND learn a lot. I would prefer the female voice over. May be because I have seen your videos first with female voice. I didn't realized that this voice was made by Ai... Go on like you started 😊 Anyway, I will watch...
Well they have all been female voice overs. But my own voice just sounds so low, I guess it is easily mistaken. But I think I will continue with the AI voiceovers :) , I feel like I am enough of a natural speaker of English to make the videos sound enjoyable for the viewers.
Thanks for all your hard work putting videos like this together, it has introduced me to some new prompts to try. Like you, I prefer to steer away from real artist names, but it does seem that the Describe command is somewhat random in the artists it chooses to cite, they don't always bear obvious relevance. As for the voice, I like your real voice, it's more natural and easier to listen to. AI voices tend to lack emotion, nuance and personality and I tend to find that jarring. Anyway, whatever you decide I'll keep watching.
I love all your videos, learned a lot from them. I prefer the previous version of the voice - it fits very nicely with AI and very-very calming. I might be also biased as I am originally from East European country and trying hard to smooth my accent to make it sound more like your previous voice - gentle and flowing. Thank you for all your tremendous work, and I will be watching with any voice you feel suites you :)

Thank you for another informative video. And, personally, I like - prefer - the female voice you used previously -- it "fit in" more with the style of narrating for your videos.
I can understand why so many people prefer the other voice that sounds artificially perfect or have quickly got used to it, but I prefer the new voice more. The accent is cute and European, just like me! I'm a big fan of dialects and accents, the use of language itself and the timbre. Artificial, perfect pictures and an artificial, perfect voice probably go better together for many people. But I also love the imperfect, the quirky and contrasts. And - of course - the human component.

Hi, you can use any plan in Midjourney to create these images. The outcome does not depend on which plan you use, but the version of the model. This video is relatively recent, so all images were created with --v 5.1.
I prefer the other voices I've heard on your videos. This one is hard to understand. Overall, though, I like your videos very much and appreciate the work you do so we don't have to!

Are you getting the names mixed up on Scott Barrows ? There are comic books by by Scott Lobdell (Author), Eddy Barrows (Illustrator)
Possibly, but I just prompted the exact thing that the describe feature gave me and it was Scott Barrows. No wonder I was unable to find a person named like that.

That was actually my own voice.
Recorded with a headset microphone,
then went over with Wondershare filmora silence detection tool
and then enhanced with podcast.adobe.com/enhance

I think I would like transparency your own voice just saying briefly at the beginning that you are experimenting with ai and the following is voice generated. Perhaps do a short intro that you use for every video. I really appreciate all your videos long and short, thanks
@@AJ-wt5zy Thank you, that might be a really good idea. I do get a lot of comments about people not liking the AI voice, but that might actually convince people that my natural voice does not sound as good as the AI voices do 😀

I miss the female voice. It matches the name and works better with the imagery/text.
I would rather you talk about the outcome rather than reading the prompt, we can read it on the screen so repeating the prompt just wastes time.

An hour is way too long for me. 5 to 10 minutes is just right with my schedule. I try to watch this in short bursts but keep losing my place.
I miss the woman's voice
Probably a bit of a bummer, but all previous (artificial female) voices were very pleasant. This however… is a turn-off. Sorry about that. Your videos are without any real competition the best out there for Midjourney prompts, but this voice 🤣. No. Nobody’s perfect, and your work and ideas are brilliant 👍
You are an artist use your own voice if you want. The content is good and most of us are already used to various "foreign" voices so do your own thing.

you should use constant --chaos in low setting as well, as it is randomly attributed on each variation as far as i know
