That is because she is thrilled for the opportunity to be on TV answering dumb questions - any airtime for womens hoops is valuable in their sport. NBA coaches could care less about being on TV answering dump questions.
Classy lady. The Big East needs more parity. And even though I root for UConn, I’m really sick of hearing Geno lamenting, at the times when the Huskies are struggling, about how hard UConn has it. UConn recruits so many excellent players that the Big East championship is never up for grabs.
As a UConn fan, I agree. Play in the BIG EAST doesn't prepare them for the tourney. Right now it's " UConn and her little sisters." Nortre Dame and certainly South Carolina will be a test.
It actually is hard when your team loses key players for the season. Losing Aubrey was a key injury. We're fortunate that several of the younger players have really stepped up to the challenge.
Issue isn’t the Big East championship, it’s the national championship, and Geno and his teams have indeed had it rough. The many excellent players-Griffin, Ducharme, Azzi, and more, do you no good sitting on the bench with season ending injuries.
To be fair though, with Ducharme just confirmed out that’s 5 players now out for the season; Azzi, Caroline, Aubrey, Jana and Ayanna. Three bigs who have a lot of promise m and two shooters, I’d say that’s a pretty big punch in the gut lol.
Paige puts HERSELF right in the line of fire, don't blame the opposing players. If she has not learned from it by now, you will continue to see her hit the floor in pain.
Classy lady and coach. From a UCONN fan.
As a UConn fan, I agree
She's hot too
Me too
What a wonderful well spoken young lady and she played her heart out!
Megan Duffy's teams have always been at their best against UConn, but it's hard to keep up with this UConn for more than 25 minutes
Better interview than most nba coaches

she is a great coach, only going to get better.
I thought Marquette played really well tonight and would have beaten most teams; certainly the other BE teams.
Both teams ran out of energy in the fourth quarter, hard to keep the pace from first 30 minutes.🏀🏀🏀🏀
all kidding aside, when Geno retires she should be replacement candidate #1 for UConn
No

@@kyelizas those 5 players sitting on bench with injuries are a top 25 team all by temselves, so yeah, it's a big deal. I agree.
You will NEVER beat UConn if you don't get a BIG, never.
They injured Paige….that was the method!
