@@hzmi_ へ is the main movement related particle. Comes after any place that you are travelling to or from or returning to. に is for special moments. Like when you are entering into something. I forgot the particle for exiting or getting out. Maybe it was を.
That's one of the most annoying things with learning japanese. Words are often pronounced a different way giving it an entirely different meaning. Happens a lot with duolingo too
The sentence at 3:36 is wrong.
一日 pronounced 「いち・にち」 means “one day” as a length of time. Pronouncing it 「ついたち」 means first day of the month.
