When it comes to high profile insurance policies for luxury cars, those adjusters are not posting comments on youtube. However this girl is probably a local state farm agent speaking in generalities, in which case I believe her
@@moonscar119i got a super car and I can in fact confirm that it is in the policy exclusions. In fact, theft insurance doesn't cover my car if it's not wheel locked when outside my garage. So grocery shopping in it is sketchy, fortunately denmark isn't full of car thieves.
If Doherty is paying the camera man, then that makes him an employee. The camera man should sue Doherty for unsafe working conditions, then the camera man will be driving his own McLaren.
And if he is a paid official employee then Jacky Boy has to pay into workmans comp and I doubt he does. If he is paid off the books then the IRS might take a little ole peak.
As a former insurance agent specializing in property and casualty, I worked for State Farm. Based on my experience, insurance won't cover this because he caused the accident by breaking traffic laws, such as speeding and not driving safely in bad weather. Another example is road rage incidents, which are never covered by insurance-even if someone hits your car first, any retaliation will void coverage. Insurance only covers unforeseen accidents that aren't influenced by the individual's actions, unless another party is at fault. In such cases, the other party’s coverage may apply, or it could be covered under the uninsured or underinsured motorist section if the other driver lacks insurance.
P.S. I'm providing a brief summary-there's a lot that goes into coverage, and each incident has its own claim that goes through an investigation process to determine what, if anything, gets covered. Speak with your agent for more information.
The fact he recorded his friend bleeding, and then asks his friend to record him and the car was so unhinged and disturbing. How can someone be so uncaring about ones own friends wellbeing?
Jack has main player syndrome, in his mind he's the world revolves around him, and why would he think he's the most important person on the planet? He's an overprivileged, spoiled little rich boy who makes an obscene amount of money by acting like a re**** online and basically never faces any consequences for his trash bag behaviour. @@shinzantetsu Nah, this is a circumstance where his license should be permanently revoked. He has demonstrated a clear willingness to violate traffic laws, and that he will do this again. He does not deserve the privilege of being able to drive.

I was hoping someone in the insurance industry would comment. Now will he be considered uninsurable across the board with all companies aside from maybe SR-22 or state insurance?
@@jennifermarie7405 it depends, most companies are already pulling out, or have pulled out of Florida all together. Yep. I watched in slow mo and he was going 70mph when he said “woah” then slammed on the brake and was down to 52mph 1-2 seconds later when he said “no”.
Only an idiot floors the gas on a rainy day. Specially on high-powered engine cars (V8-V12 engine) "fish-tailing" is a common occurence because the wheels spin too fast that it loses traction easily so you gotta make sure you feel the tires are grounded before you go balls deep on the gas. If your tire loses traction and you hit the Brakes your car will Drift that's why whenever you fish-tail you gotta let go of the gas wait until your car gets grounded THEN you can brake slowly.
and hes texting in rain going 70 literally on his phone the little prick could have killed everyone and the fact we actually see this footage means he posted it. thats like beyond white privilege brain
His behavior in this clip and that paint job have me thinking this guy may have just been intellectually disabled this entire time. @@bassman87That's ridiculous. In the UK, you can still be charged even if no-one was injured. At a minimum, he'd get done for driving without due care and attention.
The DA press charges and he does prison time? For WHAT? Presumably, he wasn't drunk or high at the time and the only damage he did other than to the guardrail was to his own car. The most they could charge him with is speeding and reckless driving and you don't go to jail for that.
@retroguy9494 if this happened in Florida the DA can charge him with a 1st degree misdemeanor which carries a 1 year jail time. So it won't be prison, but county jail.
do you guys remember the motorcyclist who watched his friend crash out and just begged he was okay as he comes running on the scene? and then when he saw him alive and all he could do was cry and say “it’s just a bike man”. two stark displays of character.
