Tras reclamar me enviaron un cargador que no correspondía a mi bicicleta. 3 semanas después de la compra tuve que comprar en otra tienda un cargador ya que Canyon no lo enviaba. Me parece una vergüenza y un servicio pésimo el de Canyon. Es mi tercera Canyon, pero también es la última que compraré.

Canyon nor Bosch has a solution, and Customers are strandled with a deffective product. Cuidado Las Strive :on vienen con un problema de deseno en lo sistema de cerrar la bateria, gañando huelga e desconectando la bateria. Canyon lo sabe, pero solo cambia la cerradura y poco más. Tarde o temperano, lo irá ocorrer nuevamente.
