Rosie your home is just gorgeous. The quality of the paint you use is just beautiful in every room, do you use a particular brand of paint? And all your furniture is just beautiful too. I have had the same problem with wood knots on various things I have painted too. Have used wood knot primer but they do still seem to show through eventually so I'd also love to know a solution!

I'm English but have lived in Dallas over 20 years, and notice that you like the American style "Fall" decor. Your home is beautiful and thank you for sharing. With your inspiration, I have been going regularly to the thrift stores and Dollar Tree Stores and I have to tell you my BIG FIND today at the local thrift store. I picked up a F & M picnic basket (medium size) for $2.99!!! I couldn't believe my luck and kept looking at the price tag. The lady at the register, said "what does that say"? I thought to myself ..... Move along please, nothing to see here, LOL. Can you believe it?! I have a small picnic F & M hamper for Christmas that I asked hubby for - it's all your fault ;). hi lovely I have a basket at my door like that and I put umbrellas in it but the rain runs off onto floor so I put at little carrier bag on bottom so rain goes in or on bag and I can just shake it off or change it keep smiling lovely p.s a girl after my own heart you can't beat gown in autumn and winter xxx have a great week

Hi Rosie please can you tell me what colour do you use on the walls and sideboards in your front room also the green in your downstairs bathroom, really lovely. Great channel 👏 👍
Hey lovely Thankyou ❤️ the colour in the lounge on walls and sideboards (room with Brown leather sofa) is called sling ya ook by b&q valspar. The sideboards are in drop cloth by farrow and ball. But if you meant the other lounge (greenish colour, next to dining room) the colour on walls and units is bone by farrow and ball. The downstairs toilet is also in bone (bottom panelling) top part is drop cloth by farrow and ball. But all the farrow and ball colours I get mixed up in B&Q in their paint range as it’s half the price xxx
