That last youngster ( the striker ) looks amazing , could fit in well as a rotation option for some of the top 6 clubs who are lacking in a decent back up

You will not see them. That is what happens. If you want to find them, you must load in their league or make a custom database where you load in lets say "players from top clubs" in that region
So true! If you do an MLS save, there is so much talent available from Argentina that can be signed for almost nothing. Talented Argentinians go unsigned because everyone in the nation is rated 5 star potential! 😂

When you selected your save did you load in certain leagues. If you don't say load in Brazil, you won't always find the younger talents.
