The lowkey urge to move into a black neighbourhood and have them as friends is building up 😂 How are these black men and women so fun and filled with life, love and greetings from Nepal
love you both from Nepal... please do visit soon... and I WANT THEM IN MANY NEXT VIDEOS PLEASE PLEASE AND LONGEST PLEASE..... YOU MADE MY EVENING Newchi Tv.... and these girls are love... please be this always gurls..............
It was such a joy to see them both enjoying the food and connecting it with their culture. So cool and humbling to see the connection between people. And yes "we are cousins". Heartwarming! Ailaa has the best buff choila in town. Newa tastebuds approved!
Food Suggestion i suggest as a nepali 😜 1. Chatpate (A MUST TRY) (a snack mixed with crunchy spicy mix of Nepali fried crushed noodle (wai wai) , puffed rice, chili powder, (sometimes) chanachur, (sometimes mustard oil but you can have it without it aswell and it still taste amazing either way) ,salt, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, either lemon or lime and cilantro! 2. Sel roti ( a fried donut shaped donut snack) amazing combo with Nepali style spiced chiya (milk tea) 3. Momo with achar (there’s a soup version aswell it’s called jhol momo) (A MUST TRY ASWELL) (Nepali dumplings stuffed with meat and vegetables (Onion, cabbage etc) (either chicken, pork or buffalo meat) achar is basically a spicy sauce you dip the Momo in 😋😋 4. Thukpa (Nepali soup noodles😻) 5. Sekuwa ( bbq meat skewered pieces of meat (usually buffalo, chicken or pork). 6. Nepali style Aloo dum ( potato curry like ) 7. Nepali style lassi (yogurt drink) (theres original yogurt favour and mango favoured etc)
Its okay to grab burger with hands , its okay to take fries with bare hands, its okay to grab a bite of pizza with hands.. but its weird for you guys to eat nepali food with hands. Why is that so?
Love the way they fully immersed themselves into the experience and tried all the food the traditional way. Lauren was so cute trying to eat with her hands. 😂
Lets go Pasadena.. Love the way you ladys are nailing eating our cuisine with you hands, not the most easiest way to do when its new to you. Hope you ladys had a great experience... FYI those are water buffalo not bison..
can i just say that these two beautiful women are so absolutely adorable, sweet and just exude so much warmth. the way you guys were so excited and went into trying the dishes with an open heart, sharing tidbits of your own cultures and similarities with ours. you made the experience of watching this video so intimate. i felt like i was sharing my dishes with some longtime friends. and also i love that us as people of the bipoc community have so much in common in terms of food and flavour and various cultural aspects. it makes one feel connected to people even if they're from seas and oceans away. i loved loved loved watching this video. thank you to lauren and neo, and newchi, for sharing this beautiful moment of people appreciating each other's cultures ❤
Subscribed after watching Sisan Baniya Vlog. Milan da i follow you but didn't heard about this new channel why so grounded anyways found it something to watch and entertain.
Y’all cracked me up- what a fun video. Now I want some thali. But getting back to suggestions, please have them try Jhol Momo, Chana Chatpate, puri tarkari, and may be some Nepali desserts.

Yeah you're right.yoghurt(juju dhau)tastes like Apricot yoghurt...it tastes similar 19-20 difference...I am Nepalese and for me too juju dhau yoghurt and Apricot yoghurt taste the same damn good.
i read a book called 'things fall apart' about pre-colonial Africa and i was really surprised with the similarities between Nepali and African cultures. To give a small example, the village in the story would have an annual harvest celebration where some people would wear masks and parade around their village. That is extremely similar to Indrajatra celebrated in Nepal. That's just one thing off the top of my head, but there were reference to shamanism and worshipping of elemental gods like the sun, wind, water, we do worship these elements, but they have Hindu names.
The Newar are the indigenous ethnic group residing in Nepal, historically centred around the current capital city's area of the Kathmandu valley: They have multiple castes & sub-castes: For example:- Malla, Joshi, Shrestha. They have rich history, culture, traditions, architecture, music, literature, cuisine. Their language is Newa Bhe: A Sino-Tibetan language, it has 2 main scripts.
Syd from Sacramento CA: I think the ladies deserve the following to taste MOMOS obviously with very close to home endeavors towards their making; Raanga ko Chhoila ; Paani puri ( with beleko puri ,) ... ENJOY
