Sizzla and Capleton are more in the line of Peter Tosh. I would say that touring and trying to promote reggae music worldwide took the fire out of 70's reggae, which is why Dancehall rose up in the 80's. When reggae musicians travelled to Europe and found that there was an audience for their music, some of them started the "mellow cool runnings dread" trend. This happy go lucky , irie, ganga smoking "Rasta" poses no threat to the status quo, and he/she has become the acceptable face of "Rasta"

Capleton's lyrics and his way of thought... doesn't he use fire as an element of purification? Therefore, when he says "bun dem" doesn't it mean they need to find the Most High? Everyday guarenteed I will read a newspaper using words as "wicked, evil" to describe people, be the description right or wrong... so it seems to me, that when others want to also describe and label with words associated with the opposite of the Most High, it's a no no. Very good video. Just goes to show that religion and sprituality is always subject to interpretation. The main guy talking in this video should respect other peoples interpretation of Rastafari, or at the very least start a consciuous dialogue about it.
