- San Francisco tour guide Lawrence Young gets in over his head when he picks up a foreign prince with a national scandal lurking in the shadows.
Contour (aka "The Agent") was filmed originally in 2004 on a shoestring budget. It was first released direct to consumer in a "black and blue" DVD edition with a runtime of 1 hr 40 mins with a matte box crop for optimal display on CRTs. It was later released by Indican as "Contour" with some color correction, then as "The Agent" with a significant number of edits.
This version is the original cut of the film, which is now uncropped. There is minimal color correction, and it's been uprezzed to 4K, with all the slomo fixed, by @WhirlwindAction.
Fun facts: production lasted nearly an entire year, with over 60 days alone dedicated to the final set piece; the budget for Contour was so low that most of us wore ski masks to play as random thugs in each other’s fight scenes; and everyone sustained at least one serious injury during production. In today's entertainment landscape, when high fidelity digital video and artificial intelligence make it difficult to know reality from fiction, Contour is a breath of fresh air. It's as real as they come.
Literally the fastest realtime fight scenes in any movie. Ever.
Can’t wait for regen 🔥
All the yesssss!!!!! What true passion looks like
Unlucky Stars next?
Still one of the best action films I’ve ever seen, especially on the indie scene. Looks fantastic in 4K!
Crazy to think this movie was shot on such a small budget. The fact that they kept it real with practical stunts and everyone getting hurt at least once just adds to the charm. Thank you for the content!!
peak indie action fight scenes right there, thank you for inspiring us!
Alfonso fighting the Bunny for the honor of his parents, and when he eats the columbian sugar. This was such a blast lmao, I love it. Thank you for providing such a banger, Eric!
This is one of the best action films I've seen in a while. The fights were so dynamic and alive and y'all were truly amazing! It was also surprisingly funny when I wasn't expecting it to at all
Pound-for-pound, fight-for-fight one of the best action films ever made.
Oh my god! Finally! I can now watch this masterpiece in its entirety. Thought I would never get a chance to see it!

What a great movie. All the fight scenes were amazing, probably better than most of the martial arts movies out there. Well done keep up the great work
Thank you Eric Jacobus for the remastering of this great film that I have wanted to see for years and have in my collection of the best of martial arts, in the same way I hope you can also do it with Death Grip, greetings from Colombia.
Finally a masterpiece is online 🔥🔥💪
I am so hype for this!
This was just straight up fun to watch! The fights scenes were just astounding and it's crazy just what a small group of people can do. I absolutely love this film, thanks Eric!
STILL A CLASSIC
Ow yes the one and only Contour! Still my fave indie MA movie and for me up there with the best of the classic HK 80ies movies! Eric and team deserve all the accolades and chocolates. They gave us a treat which is fot the ages!
Choreographically speaking, still Eric Jacobus’ magnum opus in my humble opinion.
This was a great watch. Many thanks.
I own this DVD. The action is so good. It was always cool that actors in one scene would be the thugs in mask in the next. Awesome movie.
Never got tired of this. Still have the dvd

watching golden harvest movies and samplers are great memory's .
The beautiful long take almost cut free fight Scenes are a piece of art and still hold up today .
I enjoyed every second of it .
I'll give it 10 out 10 for action fight scenes in this indie film. And camera work is similar to Koichi Sakamoto's style of action, I give two thumbs up for that.
Brought back memories immediately. Miss SP!
