The artifacts are there I'm sure. Being more difficult to find is likely attributed to different soils etc. Here in Florida it's sand, so much more erosion. Check plowed fields after a rain and sift gravel bars in your creeks.😉

I find sharks teeth here in Colorado. If I remember correctly the last time an ocean was here was 24 million yrs ago per a statement from a dude from the Denver Natural History Museum. I find them on the hills of the Plains while looking for artifacts. They are tiny and hard to spot. As far as the person who commented about your artifact hunting you just have to grow a thick skin cause it will happen a lot. Some people just hate when other people have fun. Those who make crappy comments are generally crappy people. A lot of RUclipsrs will block and delete. You will figure out that keeping ALL comments will help your channel. My channel is just to be able to show other people who don't want to facebook or telephone friends stuff I chat about on their channel. RUclips has become my life since being bed ridden but as a viewer not a content creator. You are a content creator. Keep sharing and Many blessings.

@@ImSoTired-gq5fp I find them in Wheat fields on the Plains of Colorado. The largest is only 1 inch. that I've found. The smallest is less than a quarter inch. You wouldn't believe how many Tiny arrowheads I've found crawling around looking for the Sharks teeth. So much fun. I think one of my videos shows them? I can't remember? Many blessings young Lady.

@02:13 .. re: sharks teeth ... I've grown up surfing the matagorda peninsula here in Texas ... my whole life really, from 15 yrs to now, 56 yrs ... and sharks teeth were always around the banks at the waters edge (gulf of mexico) ... I never spent a whole lot of time looking for them but have many local friends who spent days doing nothing but combing through the bi valvia "half houses" and looking for sharks teeth. Some of them have quite the collection. Fascinating structures when examined up close ... the perfect serations and shape ... the 'verse knows how to design things for sure.

We have a bunch of shark teeth here in Mississippi. It’s cool, my kids really like it. I know what your saying though, when you find a diamond in the rough, it’s more special

@demianaspinwall I usually wear sandals that are a material like crocs. I also have sneakers that look like vans, but are like crocs

@ImSoTired-gq5fp I'm normally wearing hiking boots but I go barefoot in the creek. There's a lot of glass in the chartiers though so I'm looking for something minimal to wear.

@demianaspinwall my shoes would be wet all the time, i spend a lot of time walking in the water. I've never had issues with glass while wearing crocs, but you might have more glass in your area

@@ImSoTired-gq5fp this creek is rough shape. Near where I lived it goes past multiple coal mines. There was also a mental hospital therefor over 100 years so there's alot of ceramic shards/bones and other weird shit.
